The property is absolutely stunning! We were upgraded to one of their top rooms once they found out it was our honeymoon and had missed our flight before getting there. Which the room was just glorious with multiple pools and a view on both side is the island. The staff are so friendly and kind. They really take care of their guest from Elias the concierge manager making transportation, excursion, and restaurant for us. The driver Sam was one of the nicest person we met and Maria always great us with a smile every morning by the pool. It was also my husband’s birthday and they brought him a cake to our room as well as leaving us treats every evening. We highly recommend this hotel!

The owners and staff at Agalia went above and beyond from before we even arrived. The hotel is beautiful, the family who owns it is so special, and their staff are some of the nicest people we have ever met. They helped my now fiancé set up his wonderful proposal to me at their affiliated club and made it an unforgettable moment for us. We will definitely be coming back. Agalia holds a special place in our heart.

The staff at Agalia went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful!! Everything at the resort was perfect! Great location and beautiful. They even surprised us with a fun treat during our Fourth of July stay! The transfers they arranged to and from the resort were on time and the drivers were courteous. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of great options. Our daughter has celiac disease and they provided food choices she could eat and even had gluten free bread for her! We really appreciated that so much along with their attention to every detail. Of course the room was beautiful and the private pool so relaxing. We stayed at several different resorts while visiting the Greek islands and this was our BEST night sleep!! The bed was amazingly comfortable and the conditioned air kept the room feeling dry from any humidity. This luxury resort is everything you would expect and more. Upon our check out, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who truly cares about the guests who stay there!!

Perfect couples retreat
Total luxury, the room was amazing the private pool area was fabulous and the views over the port town of Chora were beautiful. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived, our thanks to Theodore and the whole team.

Pure relaxation in a very originally designed hote
Stunningly located hotel perched on the cliffs overlooking the bay of ios and the port.. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel and inside the suites was perfect,full of quirky and artistic touches which definitely add to the experience. The deluxe sea view suite has the most incredible view and a terrace bigger than most 1 bedroom flats! The staff,especially Theodore, were perfect in every way and made it a real pleasure to stay here for a few nights late September. Thank you Agalia family!

The Agalia Suites is absolutely stunning, from the picturesque views of the Port of iOS, to the beautiful pool and bar area. Very calming and relaxing, close proximity to Chora as well as steps to a little private beach. I would recommend anyone traveling to Ios to stay at least one night to experience it's beauty.

Big plus for the staff
It was a nice stay at Agalia. Very very nice staff, great service. The view from the pool very nice. Special artistic design but needs improvements, not really luxury. The plastic covers of the cushions all over need to be changed asap - not comfortable, not cool, not luxury. Breakfast not good, too low quality.

Greatest hotel
If you need a couple of days for yourself it’s the place to go no need to leave the place it has everything. Small private beach within min walk and you are treated so nice by everybody. Enjoyed it more than Santorini !! And was half the price

Just lovely!
Staff were so friendly and helpful. View was fab, pool was great, lots of shady spots, could always get a sun lounger and they're comfy. Note we went end of sept. The room was lovely, so spacious. We walked to town quite a few nights, took about 35 mins but you can get a taxi for 9 euros. Would definitely go back!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at!
What more can be said other than this hotel is perfect! We had an issue with a ferry strike and managed to arrive on the only ferry still running that day. We got to the hotel at 8am and check-in wasn't until 2pm. However the amazing staff told us to help ourselves to some breakfast while they got our room ready. By 9am we were settled in our beautiful pool suite overlooking the Aegean Sea. They really went above and beyond at every opportunity.....from the nightly handmade desserts bought to the room at turn-down.....to raiding their first aid kit to help me when I had a scooter accident. This hotel was perfect in every way and we will be visiting again soon. Thanks to all the team at Agalia!

Favorite hotel in Greece!!!
We had an incredible time at Azalia. It was my favorite hotel in Greece. The view is spectacular, and the property is gorgeous! The staff and restaurant could not have been better.

Best Hotel In All Greek Islands
The stay was magnificent, my wife and I arrived and were treated like royalty. From the time when they met us at the port tonthe end of the stay we felt special. The suite was great, the private pool are a amazing very comfortable, the bathroom was also great with a separate bathtub and shower with plenty of room to be very comfortable. The rrol itself very ample space decorated with art designed by the owners with very original details. In a word, great! Now all that beauty and comfort was always followed by the professionality and charm from the staff, from the minute I contacted the hotel and spoke to Cristina then when we arrived the manager Nicholas and all the staff were great, my hat to Theodore!! He was always alert for all our needs like a private bottler and friend!! George, Christos, Vasilikis, Zoe all the staff was friendly, courteous and just plain amazing. A perfect fit for the place. The FOOD!!! Yes the food!! Wow!! If by some reason you do not stay at Agalia Suites well then DO yourself a favor and go eat at the Agalia Suites restaurant. Just order anything it will be amazing!! And the desserts!! Do get more than 1 otherwise you will be fighting over who ate more!!! Well thats it, Agalia is on the must do list before you die places to go!!!

We had a perfect stay in the hotel. Agalia is a luxury boutique hotel with very unique design. You can see and feel the designer's touch in every detail, even the most small ones. We stayed in a room with sea view and swing bed and enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfectly clean. The room was huge. Both beds were very comfortable and relaxing. We had a big balcony overlooking the sea and a private entrance from the pool. The pool was just beautiful. All the area around the pool is pure relaxation and beauty. The sunbeds were very comfortable, too. Maybe there should be more of them around the pool, because sometimes we didn't have a spot for two. We haven't planned to visit Ios at all, we thought it was a kind of teenagers party island, but we saw Agalia Suites add and decided to give it a chance. And it was worth it. We had a very good end season deal and it was definitely the best hotel we have ever been to. Except of the room price itself, everything else was very pricey. The food in the hotel, the cocktails and all the places and attractions the hotel stuff recommended to us were fancy and expensive (not just comparing to Ios prices, but to other islands too). It is good to know that there are a lot of other, more cheap and good options for all of these on the island, too. The breakfast was also fantastic and had variety of everything you can think of in the morning. Would stay in the hotel again for sure.

The Hotel is great! The people are wonderful! The Island beautiful! The problem was not with the hotel, but Hotel.com. We wanted to go Folegandros, but got sent to Ios, this will be fine if we didn't have to spent the 1st night in another island and hotel, and had to spent a lot of money to get us to this hotel!

The Agalia Suites was an absolutely amazing hotel in every aspect! My wife and I are accustomed to staying at 4-5 star hotels and the Agalia easily met and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is almost brand new and incredibly modern. Everything is up to date and functional, the room was the biggest one we've ever had in a hotel, the balcony was massive. Staff were incredibly attentive and always very friendly and courteous. Pool, bar, breakfast all A+++. This is the only hotel we'd stay at in Ios if we go back. If you are going to Ios to party this hotel feels like being a rock star, and if you are going as a couple or with a family, it is outside of the main towns and has adequate privacy and is nice and quiet at night. Only gave 4 stars for location because it is not walkable to Ios town, so you either have to rent a car for 25€/day or call a taxi for ~7€/trip to Ios town. For a hotel which is so impeccable the only complaint I have is that there was no shuttle to Ios town despite the shuttle van sitting in the driveway all day. Having a regular shuttle service would be a great idea. If you are thinking about booking this, just book it! It's fantastic and you will not regret staying at this amazing and very, very, unique hotel. The owner is also an artist and designed everything in the hotel so it feels a lot like a work of modern art!

Glorious Luxury on Ios
We stayed 3 nights at Agalia in May 2015. All areas of the hotels have unique design features meticulously planned. It was a fantastic place to stay and one of the most enjoyable in the three years we have been travelling in the Greek Islands.Theo has a great team who gave us suburb service in the most luxurious surroundings,in a great location overlooking Ios bay. We have more to see on Ios and we are looking forward already to planning a longer stay next year.

Nous avions une villa avec piscine. Très belle villa. La piscine de l’hôtel est gigantesque. Le petit déjeuner très bon et varié. L’emplacement est très bien ais un peu proche de la route passante un très beau 4 etoiles.

Magnifique place
5 nuits à Ios dans ce magnifique hôtel en retrait du centre. Hyper calme, reposant, très beau et super spacieux. Piscine 5 étoiles. Une petite voiture est nécessaire pour faire le tour de l'île. 2 plages sont à 5 minutes à pieds.

Hôtel très bien situé, avec une belle vue sur les plages à proximité. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité avec une magnifique piscine notamment. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. C’est définitivement une magnifique expérience. A refaire sans hésiter tant pour l’hôte que pour la splendide île de Ios.

El mejor hotel de los 4 que he visitado en este viaje. Lo mejor de lo mejor! Fabuloso! El gerente muy atento y servicial, me atendieron de la mejor manera, fue excepcional. Al hacer el check out dejé olvidado mi pasaporte y ellos lo encontraron y me lo fueron a entregar. Los desayunos son fabulosos, todos son fabulosos! Sin duda q regresaré a ese hotel!!!
