Cyclades Hotel is very good…
Cyclades is a very comfortable hotel. The staff were super friendly & ready to accommodate our needs. Rooms were very clean & all appliances worked efficiently including A/AC, TV, fridge, hair dryer, & coffee maker. Cyclades is only a 5 minute walk from Livadia Beach which is great for swimming!!

Beautiful memories
An absolutely amazing place to stay in Paros. I find the location very good, the room is beautifully designed and the level of hospitality exceeds all expectations. We received a warm welcome and had attention by the staff until the end. The breakfast is very nice, I especially enjoyed the greek yoghurt. Highly recommended to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay for exploring the beautiful island of Paros.

Greek Hospitality
I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was fantastic. The room was beautiful, ok the bathroom wasn't state of the art but as good as you'll get on an island in Greece and my price range. Bed was super comfy with beautiful linens. Double doors opened out to a stunning flower filled courtyard that was exactly what I pictured when I thought about 'holiday on a greek island'. The hotel is also a two minute walk to the beach and about 5 to the centre of the port, with lots of restaurants and shops to look at on the way. The staff couldn't help me enough. It is a family run hotel and each family member showed me an extra touch of hospitality that made this stay extra special. For example, my quad bike broke down in the middle of the street and one of the sons ran out to check that I was ok, helped me move my bike and called the bike rental shop for me and arranged for them to check the bike. Another example, I was sitting in the courtyard one night and the mother brings me her home made rice pudding (which is delightful) I don't know if it's a greek thing but they make you feel like you are in their home without being intrusive of course. This hotel and the people that work there took my trip from great to fantastic.

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE
We tried to contact this hotel for 3 months prior to arrival date because we wanted to discuss our booking and they never responded. They never answered their phone and they never replied to emails. We even called Expedia for help right from the start but Expedia kept telling us that the hotel was not responding to them either. Shameful how Expedia can let hotels like this operate on their network and do nothing to help the customer. Expedia simply stated that they are not responsible for the properties they list, they are only responsible for allowing customers to book a hotel that is listed on their site. Even though Expedia charged my credit card, they insisted that they have nothing to do with the transaction. I am most disappointed in how Expedia handled our request for help.

Old, dark and over-priced. Bad choice.
Not going to be trusting Expedia again on hotels. 200 Euros a night for an old and out of date hotel, with no elevator, dark rooms, tiny beds and pillows, no place to sit in the room, towels with a sandpaper like quality, a bathroom in our room with poor ventilation and that smelled, and with a shower that kept on backing up. The breakfast was not horrible, but not on par with what one would expect for this price range. The staff were extremely nice and hospitable, but all the friendliness in the world cannot overcome overpricing inanequate accommodations. We were so dissapointed. I felt that the owners engaged in price gouging, frankly.Not going back to this hotel, and probably the island.

Your room has been renovated in 2016 .If the decoration we choose is not according to your taste please accept our sincere apologies !!! Previous guests have rated this room and their holidays with us 5 out of 5 !!!! The room has a big balcony with furniture and plenty of space ( no one from your family of 4 used it during your stay ) . The bathroom has a window ( you kept it closed during your entire stay .....no wonder why the bathroom was so smelly . Last but not least the lack of ELEVATOR gives another value to your feedback ( do not forget that the existence of an elavator in the Cyclades islands is the exception and not the rule !!!! In perfect location,big rooms without noise, very clean,5-10 minutes from Parikia,with a lot of shops,supermarket and restaurants around.The two brothers who have the hotel are very hospitable and do everything to help you.High speed wifi.

Family hotel run by a very welcoming family
The father and his two sans have made our trip so much better, From picking us from the sea port even after our ferry landed an hour later after 10pm To the nice breakfast with the best chocolate And great recommendations to beaches and places to eat The room itself is very big with nice balcony and is located in a walking distance from the old city were all the shops and restaurants are located, it was a perfect little acting very quite and had a parking place for our rental. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget

We have a spacious studio room on ground floor, balcony overlooked a common garden courtyard. The upper floor rooms have private lounge chairs on private covered deck; very nice (wish we had those). Room has refridge, 2 burner top, glasses/dishes/utensils/pans for making your meals in. We mostly only used refridge and ate light meals out, prices were cheap compared to British/Caribbean/ or parts of US. The brothers picked us up and dropped off at the brand new 53 days old Paros airport for 20€ each way. the family run the small hotel, they stay busy all day but very friendly, they seem to remember all the guesses, greeted by names, and switching different languages, very amiable personalities. we just love them. Hotel is a block from the beach, plenty of restaurants just on that first block on the beach, and they were good. The Filoxena has free beach lounge chairs with any purchase. Try their ouzo order, for 3.5€ I got a tall glass of ouzo, bucket of ice, a glass of water to mix w ouzo and a small plate of mere. Can't find that cheap deal any where else. Lots to see for a small island, we walked all over, got lost a few times, found beautiful sceneries for our rewards. This is traditional Greek with blue dome churches (400 of them here), windmills, beautiful sunsets but without the few thousands of tourists/cruisers as in Santorini. Much slower pace, very friendly people, cheap room and food, and delicious ice cream. We can easily come back here and stay in the Cyclades agai

The stay was very good. The staff were extremely kind and hospitable, a family run business. The beauty of the hotel was it light Mediterranean colours, simplicity. Only minor improvements would be to increase the diversity of the breakfast buffet; which was very limited, e.g. only tomatoes and no fresh fruit or salads. The buffet was the same each day, otherwise a good stay.

Good hotel
This hotel was OK for a short stay. Close to the beach, but the water is not great being in the port region. Only issue we had with the room was the TV didn't work. The staff are really nice people.

Perfect Paros
Arrived in Paros and felt like a family welcome. The hosts could not do enough for us. Not to mention the great breakfast they include. Helped us plan our time on the island and advised us on the less known spots.

Wonderful experience
Hated to leave. Fabulous studios 2 mins from beach. Own patio with sunbeds and shade. Friendly multilingual owners passionate about service and knowledgeable about Paros. Very good value for money.

Fine stay but can be improved
Location, room design(they’ve redisgned the rooms but haven’t redesigned the bathroom) and cleaning is fine and acceptable. My only criticism is the sandpaper like towels and they’ve read the mails coming from the customers before arrival.

Pensione carina a gestione familiare rinnovata di recente,quindi tutto nuovo,a parte il bagno almeno nella nostra camera. I propietari molto gentili e disponibili, posizione comoda in centro di Parikia non lontano dalla spiaggia, peccato solo non abbia nessun affaccio vista mare. Colazione buona anche se consigliere visto che ci sono parecchi italiani anche la macchina caffe' espresso o simile e magari (questo e' solo un consiglio) variare un po'. Soggiorno nel complesso veramente piacevole

Ich war vom 28.04 bis 01. Mai auf Paros in diesem Hotel. Ich habe sehr spontan und kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Da ich erst relativ spät abends mit der Fähre angekommen bin, wurde ich vom Hafen abgeholt, obwohl das Hotel wirklich nicht weit weg ist. Ich habe gleich eine kurze Einführung zur Insel bekommen und statt meinem gebuchten Einzelzimmer ein ganzes, großzügiges Studio für mich alleine. Das Haus mit den Studios ist in einer Parallelstraße zum Haus mit den Hotelzimmern, wo es auch das Frühstück gibt. Damit ich mich dorthin finde, wurde ich am ersten Morgen vom Vater der zwei Brüder, die das Hotel betreiben, abgeholt und zum Frühstück gebracht. Ich bekam Infos zur Insel und Tipps, was ich mir am besten ansehen kann. Da am 1. Mai die Fähren streikten, wurde extra nochmal telefonisch nachgefragt, ob denn mein Schiff fährt. Super Rund-um-Service und sehr, sehr nette Hotelbetreiber! Das Hotel sieht auch tatsächlich so hübsch aus wie auf den Fotos und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Zentrum von Paros-Stadt (Parikia) ist man in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Strand braucht man 2 Minuten. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto pequeno porém confortável. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e quase não dá para tomar banho. O café da manhã estava marcado como grátis no voucher da reserva, porém chegando lá tive a surpresa de não estar incluido e tive que pagar a parte.

Nette Apartments in kurzer Entfernung zum Hafen
Bei unserem Aufenthalt im April waren die Apartments nur zum Teil gebucht. Unser Apartment hatte eine schöne überdachte Terasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Zur Einrichtung gehören Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, 2-Platten-Herd, Geschirr incl. Dosenöffner und Korkenzieher. Außerdem gibt es einen HDMI-fähigen Fernseher und bequeme Betten. Das Bad war mit Pflegeprodukten und Fön ausgerüstet.

Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen das nächste Mal gerne wieder ins Cyclades Hotel and Studios !

Consiglio a tutti questi Studios curati e puliti. Abbiamo una bimba di un anno e abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità per vivere una vacanza serena e rilassante. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili, la colazione è buona ed è piacevole fare due chiacchiere con gli altri avventori. Gli Studios sono confortevoli e ben attrezzati, pulizia impeccabile e affacciano su di un bellissimo gairdino che è sempre ombreggiato grazie alle bouganville. Vacanza super

Albergo ristrutturato da poco, ottime condizioni. Personale gentilissimo. Location molto buona al centro di Parikia. Unico neo è dovuto al fatto che la struttura, sebbene rimodernata da poco, non gode di grandissimi confort (materasso un po scomodo). Per il resto lo consiglierei assolutamente

Hôtel avec un accueil familial chaleureux génial
Cet hôtel situé à 50 mètres de la plage dans une rue calme est à peine à 10 min à pied du centre ville offre un cadre paisible reposant agréable grâce à un père et ses deux fils qui mettent tout en oeuvre pour faire de votre séjour un vrai moment de détente. L'accueil est au top, toujours disponible pour vous aider à découvrir Paros, la décoration de l'hôtel est charmante, les chambres sont simples et propres, le petit déjeuner est basique mais bon et équilibré . Hôtel à taille humaine avec une grande sympathie.

Personnel adorable, hotel très bien situé, propre, bien équipé. Seul bémol, le manque de pression de la douche aux heure d'affluence. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour dans cet hotel!
