Stunning place. I had a superior room with a sea view which was stunning. The entire hotel is picturesque and so clean, paired with a sultry ambiance. The staff were so polite and friendly too. Location is good, Old town Rhodes is just a 10-12 min drive away. Airport is 20 mins away or so. Cannot fault this hotel, so much to do here at the resort and on the beach (plenty of water sports activities) would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Rhodes. Lovely relaxing stay
Lovely stay in this amazing place. So nice and relaxing we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel grounds are very well maintained with lovely plants. All pools were lovely so many to choose from. Staff were all helpful.

Clean, calm and great weather. Private bungalow was lovely, really spacious with a great sea view. Complementary airport transfers late check out were a nice touch. Food options not that special room service sub par.

Excellent location. Spacious modern clean hotel. The food was excellent with a great choice of food each morning and evening. All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. Easy access too into Rhodes old town. Bus journey 23 minutes €4.50.

So beautiful, but have to wait hours for room service to delivery coffee items. Often having to ask multiple times. Noticed the floors were pretty dirty and towels/bed sheets typically have black/brown markings on them. The staff were very lovely, kind and helpful and the 15 pools meant they were very quiet which was great! The beach was gorgeous, however beds were reserved every day so could rarely find a space, despite the hotel mentioning reserved spaces will be removed. Buffet for breakfast was great! But lunch/dinner options were very expensive and the buffet €45 per person for mediocre food. Very beautiful hotel, but maybe not quite worth the expensive price you pay.

Lovely hotel and great location around 30 minutes transfer from the airport. The hotel has some lovely restaurants only downside is you need to be big on beef and seafood! The buffet is themed daily however the food is the same! Breakfast is chaotic and again after a few days is very repetitive. The downside the staff ask if you’re paying for the food or drink bill via cash or to the room, then present you with the bill mid meal. They need to chill, priority seems to be wanting to take your payment. The rooms are not cleaned to a high standard, the floor is dirty, not swept or hoovered and everything is dusty. We stayed at Elissa which states is an adult hotel however we have at least 6 kids under the age of 15 in our ‘sharing pool’ not good enough! Either update the policy or stick to your advertising! Late check out doesn’t exist, they keep you waiting until the night before and proceed to tell you you can have the room for €72! This hotel still needs fine tuning, room for improvement!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is amazing, quiet and relaxing. There are many pools so we did not have to worry about finding a sun bed and the hotel is in a great location to travel to other areas of the island, for example Rhodes Old Town. The only downside was booking taxis, as when you book one via the hotel you are given a number, but the taxis take a long time to arrive (up to 45 minutes some days) and they also add a hotel booking charge to the fare.

The worst hotel I've ever been to
I travel a lot for vacations in hotels around the world, this is definitely the worst hotel I've been to. The service is terrible, they don't fill the mini bar with drinks even after you ask and when you order a room it arrived after two hours!! My husband was not feeling well and we invited a doctor to the room, they charged us 150 euros to take a temperature and give a prescription for paracetamol. disgrace. We left the hotel the day before because it was bad

I travelled to Elissa Lifestyle resort alone and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in! The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. My room was perfectly clean and spacious and I only had a sea view room so I can imagine the other rooms upgraded from this are even better! The food is amazing and has a great variety, the hotel help with transfers and private taxis to anywhere you need to, there is also a bus stop located near the hotel if you’d prefer. First time in Rhodes and we absolutely loved staying at Elissa Lifestyle Resort. It was so conveniently near the old town which was great but still just far enough to be nice and quiet. The hotel itself was superb in all aspects. Clean and numerous pools meaning wherever you went it would never seem crowded. The design and styling of the hotel, layout and openness was really relaxing allowing for beautiful vistas of the coast and blue sea. My wife and I are are vegetarians and we went half board and were really happy with the variety of options (Amazing salads and pasta!). Staff in particular were the epitome of warm and welcoming. Every interaction was positively pleasant. Of note, the spa is located in the sister resort next door (walkable 5mins) and was really lovely. There is an indoor pool and steam room etc but just a heads up, there is a nominal fee to use this. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely want to come back to Rhodes and Elissa. Two small things to mention that would make it even better would be first to have some benches along the coastal walkway to sit and enjoy the views even more. Secondly, whilst the spa was amazing as were our treatments, the rooms would benefit from some sound-proofing acoustics from the outside pool areas. These points do not detract however from how much we enjoyed our stay.

It was well designed and we liked our room looking over a pool and the sea. The idea of having a series of pools for each ‘block’ of rooms was great. It’s a short taxi or bus ride to Rhodes Town and also some pretty bays and good beaches are within easy reach by bus or car.

The hotel’s aesthetic was nice, but it was still under construction. The service was terrible, the staff didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t care. The food was terrible and to a poor standard and everything was really overpriced, as well as having to wait 1-1.5 hours to be served in the morning. Only taxi you could get was if you asked reception and then you had to que and the taxis charged a lot lot more than a taxi back from the same place

Appalling service for a ‘5’ star hotel!
Great property, newly built with high spec facilities. This is unfortunately let down by extremely poor service. Staff is new, and unsupervised. They talk back to you and do not take accountability. Training is the big issue here. Yes the resort is new and the family resort is not ready so there was a major overspill to the adults only resort. Service is a major issue though, coffee at breakfast can take 45mins, long queues for breakfast, room is not made up till nearly 2pm, letters asking guest to check out coming on the wrong day, staff knocking on the door at 830am even when it says do not disturb, broken umbrellas at the pool areas a major safety issue, safe not working in the room, internet was completely cut off for hours so tv and phone was not working, couldn’t even call reception! Room service taking over an hour. Aircon cuts out in room all night. Poor massage service, staff was completely untrained. Orange juice at breakfast is from a carton, it’s not freshly squeezed! Adults only zone has babies crying. Taxi service during leave hours takes about an hour as staff is unorganised, taxis coming and leave without guests in it and staff can’t find the guests who booked it. Construction noises ruined the chill out time at the beach! List goes on and on..never seen this in a five star resort. Shame because the property is great and has high potential! Guest relations manager did take feedback and are striving to improve conditions.
Long queues at breakfast that can take 45mins and when you get to your table breakfast time is finished!
Sun umbrellas are broken, so when even a gentle wind blows, it will fall on you. Huge safety issue, someone’s face or eye could be taken out!! Staff don’t care even though repeated feedback is given. No concern for guest safety.

Geweldig mooi (en groot resort) met een grote keuze qua buffet en aparte restaurants. Plaatsen genoeg aan de zwembaden, temeer gezien vooraf handdoek leggen niet toegestaan is. Supergedienstig en vriendelijk personeel! Mooi zicht vanaf het restaurant op zee.
