Poor Room and Food like school dinners!
Room was absolutely nothing as described! We booked a Poolside Superior room, it wasn’t poolside and it definitely wasnt superior, my view was of a white wall and no sun whatsoever on the area outside, 100% not poolside!! Food was very repetitive, cleaners trolleys left outside on our patio at night, see photos attached

It was close to nearby shops and had its own shop as well that sold most items for tourists. Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! Our initial meet and greet young lady was very good

The staff at the hotel were amazingly kind & helpful. We had a bungalow room which was a stones throw from the beach and pool with a lovely terrace. Sun beds a plenty on the beach where we spent most of our days. Beach bar was great too.

No air con
The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived & we kept having to go to reception. The maintenance just kept saying it was working. We were moved for the last 2 nights & as soon as we moved into new room the air conditioning could be felt. It was too hot to sleep in the room with none. They did give us a fab but it was t even clean

All in all, we enjoyed our stay but there were a lot left to be desired. Our sea-view room had a large aspect but the A/C could never cool it down making the nights quite unbearable. Kids pool area needs a renovation and what is marketed as a kids club only has a small room for colouring and a few toys outside. The staff are very friendly and polite but there has been chaos and miscommunication about simple arrangements at times. Check-in/out can be streamlined to be faster. The food was too simple, limited and repetitive over a five-day stay. The beach is not sandy but the sea is clear and wonderful. The large concrete jetty is not in use and sadly an eyesore which can be made into a feature. The on-site shop was quite handy, neighbouring water park was dated but still fun.

You can not fault the customer service at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, great variety of food and premium drinks available. Room was lovely with. Dual aspect balcony. The only comments are that the bathroom could do with an upgrade for a 5* hotel and shower could be more powerful. Also, buffet breakfast was not the warmest. Would recommend this hotel and will use again.

Horrible stay
Horrible hotel. Old rooms with old uncomfortable matresses. No air conditioner neither in the hotel and facilities nor in the room- slept sweaty every night. Dirty pools. Old sun beds. Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bad food- found a hair in the pizza and a bee in the carrots. Barely room in the a la carte restaurants. Besides the receptions service every thing was horrible.

The property is beautiful with Great pools and own private beach section. Excellent restaurants and beach lounge and drinks perfect. The grand family apartment was really good for our family of five with own bedrooms for kids and adults. The staff of the hotel is awesome. So good atmosphere and very kind for the customers - kids and parents. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Nous y avons passé 2 semaines avec mon épouse . Très bien : La nourriture , la chambre vue mer très spacieuse . Le point , pas noir , mais gris ce sont les cocktails qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'établissement . Je recommande .

Fantastiskt!
Rymligt familjerum med jättefint badrum. Fantastisk personal. Smidig check-in. Väldigt nöjd med maten som höll bra kvalitet. Fanns massor att välja på. Barnen älskade glassutbudet och creperiet. Stranden är väl det enda negativa (gillar inte stenarna men det har ju egentligen inget med hotellet att göra). Fanns både vanliga solstolar och sköna stora madrasser på stranden. Gott om utrymme. Rekommenderar!

Unglaublich freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam und trotz der Grösse des Hotels, sehr persönlich. Das Abendbuffet hat zwar immer dasselbe Grundangebot, jedoch täglich etwas Spezielles. (Sushi, Meeresfrüchte, Grill...) Pool konnte ich leider kaum nutzen, da die Stühle immer alle schnell weg sind. Da können sie jedoch nichts dafür, liegt an den ignoranten Touristen, die denken, alles gehört ihnen. Der Strand ist dafür super sowie die anliegende Strandbar mit leckerem Glace und Sorbet :-)

Veldig bra all inklusiv mat og drikke
Vi bestilte og sjekket inn samme dag, da vi var misfornøyd med hotellet vi var på. Og det var vi veldig glade for. Topp service og fasiliteter. En drøm å sjekke inn. Likte spesielt drinkene og at det var så store mellomrom mellom sengene på stranden. Fikk også med oss en middag på en av ala carte resturantene som var en stor opplevelse. Vi hadde et dobbeltrom i hovedbygningen med utrolig flott sjøutsikt. AC på vårt rom var dessverre alt for dårlig og gjorde at vi våknet om natta. Det går ikke an å stille på temperaturen på AC og kan vel da knapt kalles AC. Vi ville dessverre ikke ha booket et slikt rom igjen.

Het hotel zelf is vergane glorie. Heel oud en lelijk. De kamers komen niet overeen met de foto’s in geen enkel opzicht. Onze kamer had een bed met oud matras, geen airco maar ventilator, de douche in het bad was om te huilen, de gordijnen waren niet geblindeerd. De liften zijn doodeng en maken vreselijk geluid. De receptie maken heel erg veel fouten en er staat constant een rij met klagende mensen. Maar!! Het personeel is overal zo ontzettend vriendelijk en lief en de service is zo goed. Ze doen zo hun stinkende best voor iedereen. De schoonmaaksters, het personeel in de restaurants, de kidsclub, enz enz. Echt waanzinnig! Zij hebben voor ons het verschil gemaakt!
