We are appalled by your audacity to insult the integrity of our personnel that is honouring us with their hard work and merit. If you wished to see if breakfast was included, you could call Expedia or simply check your emails for the copy of your booking that states all details. If it was so easy to blow the cover of our scam, (by simply checking your emails) it would be a very badly set up scam, to the level of foolishness. If we had a deceptive approach, scams would not just happen to you. They would be repeated. If you did not agree with the breakfast charges you would have refused to sign the receipt for your breakfasts at the breakfast area prior to your check out. However, if you falsely claimed during your check out that you had been informed that breakfast was included, that could be a scam pressuring us to offer you breakfast for free. Of course, we would call the police. It is our legal right against anyone who doesn’t have the decency to honour the agreement of their reservation and against anyone that refuses to cover the expenses of the services they used or consumed in our hotel. Why would you feel threatened by the police if you truly felt we were scamming you? Moreover, you did not try to discuss, instead you simply refused to pay based on false claims which you couldn’t even back up by not being able to answer simple questions such as “who and at what time was it that informed you that breakfast was included”. We only have three receptionists, so it couldn’t have been such a tough question to answer. Eleni, an exceptional outstanding professional offering the best services possible, the one who spent time trying to arrange your massage and the laundry services for you. Sadly enough, even your review is lacking the necessary coherence, not being able to decide if we lied to you at check in or at some point during the first two days.

We are pleased to inform you that we run annual renovations and every year holds many nice surprises for our guests who enjoy these improvements. Even at the time of your visit there were many rooms that had been completely renovated that you could choose from. The rooms that had only received refurbishments may not have been at the same standard of design but are still very comfortable rooms and are offered at lower rates, therefore we always guarantee a very good value for money offer for all of the rooms that we offer.

Apart from that all of our staff members are very willing to assist guests in all aspects and there have been many occasions were the receptionists. the night guard, the cleaning ladies and even the manager, have all assist guests with luggages when needed. We would like to inform you that if you stayed with us again you would be happily surprised as we have renovated and upgraded a large number of bathrooms to address such comfort issues. In addition the comment about bathroom size was not characteristic of the hotel throughout but concerned a few room types that have now been completely renovated. We are definitely not a party hotel nor do we advertise as one. We provide a nice ambient environment, if you wish to party there are plenty of options near by that we can suggest. Mylopotas is great for day time partying indeed but at night there not as many options as there in the port to dine or have a drink. Moreover, It is tough to reach Mylopotas at night after partying in the village as it is a much longer distance and walk and there is much more noise than the sound of the street intersection that our reception is facing that you complained about. The mark on the wall was not blood but a make up stain that needed repainting. It did come to our attention and we took immediate action. During our daily inspections we did acknowledge the sudden poor performance of a member of our house keepers and we terminated our cooperation, as we do not accept underachievement in our cleaning services. We are happy that you enjoyed the hotel overall.

Tap water is the same on all the island that is why we inform you that it is not potable and we offer a bottle of water for free upon arrival. The majority of reviews are very positive contrary to yours, which is poorly justified.
