We had a very pleasant stay at Lefkadio Suites. Service was exceptional with an extensive breakfast. Our suite was clean and spacious with a well-stocked kitchenette. There is parking across the road. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. To recommend.

Great stay in Lefkafa
Wonderful stay. Location a little outside the center of town but within walking distance of all the restaurants, coffee shops, and port. Breakfast was amazing, delivered to the room with large variety of hot and cold, sweet and savory items. Room was nice with a little kitchenette and refrigerator with complimentary water and juice. Small bathroom, big balcony.

We had difficulty finding this hotel due to Expedia connection to both Maps sending us to the wrong location. Only when we entered the hotel manually in Google Maps did we find it. The location otherwise was excellent. The hotel reception was excellent. We needed to do laundry and she volunteered to do it for us. I think they prefer to do it themselves so we don’t mess up their machines. Rooms were clean, bigger than average and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Exceptional place to stay
This is one of those special places you feel so lucky to have found when travelling. The reception was beautifully-run with friendly and helpful people. The room was spacious and spotless and extremely comfortable with lots of little extras that were so appreciated. The breakfast was expansive, delicious and delivered to the room! These people really go the extra mile. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend extensively.

Beautifully maintained rooms and pool area. Superb breakfast brought to our room so we could eat on our balcony. Accommodating and friendly staff. Early check in allowed and excellent communication from the host.

OK but not anything special
The location is OK. It is near the Town but not in a great area in terms of scenery. The service overall was good but not great. When I arrived I had to park across the street in their Gravel parking lot and no staff was available to help with the luggage. Same thing when I departed. No staff to help with the luggage. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of selections that is brought directly to your room every morning. However, the coffee selection was only Greek coffee or regular french blend. NO cappuccino, iced coffee or Lattes. FYI... don't order a coffee at their bar area. They charged us 7 Euros per coffee. Expensive even for a hotel! Overall clean hotel but ran into a Cockroach in the hallway late one night that I had to kill to make sure it wouldn't crawl under the door into our room. The pool was OK. This hotel is Slightly (20-25%) too expensive for what you get in terms of service and amenities so I suggest you look elsewhere on the Island for a hotel that is closer to the beaches if possible.

The classification of our hotel does not require a bellhop service, which is why you were not assisted with your luggage. If you had requested assistance, we would gladly have had someone assist you. We would like everyone to know that we comply with all pest control legislation, but as the hotel is surrounded by trees and open areas it stands to reason that some insects may appear in the building.However, we apologize for any discomfort. We believe that you have remembered the price of coffee elsewhere, as the price of 2 coffees at our pool bar would be 6 Euro. We appreciate your taking the time to comment on your stay with us and from our side we will strive to improve on the points you mentioned.

Room lovely - better reception would be good
Our suite was really comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room - a real treat. However, the reception was rarely manned and we had a couple of problems. On checking in the receptionist insisted that we paid even though I showed her my receipt. For the next 3 days I couldn't contact a receptionist and no one was there. When checking out I queried the payment again but it couldn't be sorted before we had to leave for an appointment. I was told I would be called back and no one has so I am waiting for a response from an email. Also, there was a power cut during our stay and we tried to contact reception to find out how long the power would be out for and never got a response. The weather was awful during our stay and we needed to dry clothes and couldn't get the radiators to work.

The Maisonette room we had was one of the best rooms we had stayed in the whole time we where in Greece. Great location. Nice pool. Very clean rooms. Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was one of the highlights. Served in your room at the time you require and no special request was denied.

Great service and a great room!
We stayed here 3 nights and found it to be very comfortable, clean and Sonya on reception was very helpful. We received breakfast in bed each morning included in the price and fresh towels every day. We stayed 13th - 16th May so not all businesses in Lefkas town are open, and there was a lot of maintenance happening around the bars and restaurants. The hotel next door are undergoing building work which was a bit loud but other than that everything was great. The hotel is located around 10 -15 minutes walk from the town centre and there is not much around. It is suitable for couples. We didn't go in the swimming pool as the weather was cloudy. Sonya arranged a taxi for us on departure, and gave us a bottle of wine as a thank you for staying with them. They even allowed us to keep our room free of charge on the day we were leaving and gave us fresh towels. The bus station is a 5 minute walk and there is a supermarket close by if you like to cook your own food.

Great place to stay. Large suite with all of the amenities. Pool included. The only part that was not great was the in suite heating system. We stayed there in late Novemeber and was a bit cold. Other than that everything was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to Marina
We stayed here the night before we got our boat for a week long sailing trip. This was a perfect location to the marina. We were traveling with our 2 kids and had so much space which was great. They delivered an amazing breakfast right to our room. Very clean and staff were very nice. Wish we would have booked for the day we got off the boat to regroup before heading on.

Excellent séjour avec un accueil très chaleureux. La chambre Junior Suite était très bien. En plus une petite terrasse privative. Le seul bémol est la localisation de l’hôtel qui n’est pas très bucolique. Proximité d’une zone commerciale. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas en self service c’est un room service qui ne permet pas de doubler ou de varier les mets.
