Great time at the beach on Mykonos!
Really nice hotel with a perfect location right on the beach with amazing bars and restaurants. We had the best room with a big four-poster king bed in a big room on the second floor with a spectacular large balcony with amazing 180 degree view up an down the beach. The beach is also really nice. The hotel was partnered with the adjacent Santorini Dove for staff and breakfast which worked out great. Since the hotel is so close to some bars you do get pretty loud music noise which ended at midnight which was not a problem for us (but we were told the music normally ends much later at 4 AM but because of the Covid situation bars close earlier). Highly recommended!

Very relaxing
Our room was quite quaint in the older part. Separate villas/bungalow. Hotel is right on the beach. Nice listening to the sound of the water at night. Breakfast was amazing, with one of the biggest varieties of fresh foods I've ever seen. Staff were attentive, but needed to smile. Didn't look like they enjoyed their work. Prices for the beach deck chairs were outrageous, 20 to 40 euros each per day.

Mykonos Beach Palace.
Hotel is part of Mykonos Dove. Food was great with plenty of options on menu. Location is right on beach so don’t have to cross any streets to reach ocean. Service staff was very attentive but we were there at end of season so hotel was not full.

Great location the beach is incredible and the staff was very friendly. Waitress at beach bar Katarina is a sweet and friendly young lady that makes you feel at home. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel & restaurant by the beach, the staff goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We loved that they offered shuttle service from and to the port in advance so you don't have to worry about transfers

Very nice place, right on the beach with great staff and amazing breakfast. The restaurant was also delicious and everyone in the hotel was extremely comitted in offering us a great experience all around.

It would be only logical if the sunbeds were free for the guests. I find it rediculos that the front row sunbeds cost €40 per person per day!!!

Dear valued guest, As you may have noticed sunbeds have a fee all over Mykonos. This is due to the high municipality rent we have to pay to use them. If you have been around Mykonos and visited other beaches you certainly have noticed that our sunbeds have one of the lowest costs in all Mykonos. Great location on beach with good breakfast. However, the rooms were filthy and had an overwhelming smell of damp. The first room we had was so small the door wouldn’t open fully as it hit the bed. We asked to move and although the second room was bigger it was still filthy with pubic hair in the beds and towels that had old make up on and smelt too bad to use.

Can’t beat the location!
The location couldn’t be better! Platis Gialos beach is one of the best on the island for a relaxing time. There is a bus station 5 minutes walk from the hotel that takes you direct to town for 2 EUR (this is amazing as we usually spend 30 EUR each way on taxis from other hotel locations that don’t have a bus service station). The hotel also has a path that takes you direct to Scorpios in 10-15 min. You can also jump in a quick 10 min taxi to nammos. Great, great location! The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. Very fair pricing on beach beds and umbrellas (Katarina is the best waitress I’ve had on a beach in 5 years of visiting the island!). The staff is kind and helpful. Would stay again but with a better room—better to pay more for a view because the back rooms are very confunded and did not even have a tiny window view (our window faced another wall which we weren’t expecting).

This hotel was amazing! We came with a bunch of friends for my bachlorette party and everyone loved everything about it. They picked us up from the port with our names. The friendliness from ALL the hotel staff was outstanding!!! The front desk associates helped us with our million questions. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach...amazing view and walking distance to Psarou beach. One day we just laid out on their comfortable beach lounge chairs, had lunch brought to us and were the happiest.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. All excellent and very helpfull. Best I have ever known. Mykonos Palace Beach hotel is being renovated and changed to the Mykonos Dove Hotel once renovated. 2 of the three buildings are now Mykonos Dove Breakfast , reception is now all in the Mykonos Doce Hotel. For this season the hotel pool and bar has been knocked down and rebuilt. Problem was it was still being built when we arrived so No pool and no bar. Probably will be sorted early June however we should have been told before as this was key for us and we would have changed hotel. They did not even mention it when we arrived Finally we go one free drink and access to the beach sunbeds for free normally €20 per day and access to another hotels pool. I understand next winter the last part of Mykonos Place beach will be renovated to Mykonos Dove. The rooms are tired, cracked tiles, and bason howver all painted and clean. For the money you can more undated hotels further away from the beach. This is on the beach where there is a significant premium in price. So overall OK.

Lovely beach hotel
Amazing location, right on the beach. Pool area was smaller than expected and the hot tub was sadly closed. Staff was polite and breakfast was delicious, although the bed was very uncomfortable and I had trouble sleeping.

Can't fault the location...but...
We were staying in a traditional pool side room which I had been told was 4 star. I had enquiried about an upgrade to a room with a private pool/jacuzzi but glad I didn't bother given they looked out onto a car park! The room: - Had asked for a double bed, got two singles pushed together which is often the case - The shower water came back up through the floor when you used it - The toilet flush was loud and seemed to take ages to refill - Couldn't open the bathroom window as there was a walkway out of the window where workmen often could be seen going back and forth - The room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels daily...I can't fault the room service!! Pool: - Didn't use it...you couldn't see the beach from the loungers only plastic sheeting covering the pool bar - The tiles around the pool are all loose, move when you walk on them and are sharp Beach: - Perfect!! - Less than a minute from the room - Comfy sun loungers - Great view and food and drink service to your lounger - Be warned though you do have to pay €15 for the use of them!! Hotel restaurant and lobby: - Average food - Breakfast was ok with a lot of choice should you want hot or cold food - The lobby and downstairs toilet area were unfinished and I thought this was quite noticeable. Loose wires, unfilled fountains, no locks on doors. I wouldn't stay here again... whilst I can't fault it's location or the fantastic beach I just wasn't overly impressed with the rest!

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback, each and every comment helps us improve ourselves! Virtually all of the issues you discuss have been resolved. We have built a new parking area away from the hotel property, we have repaired all issues. We have mentioned so many times to agents and guests that we charge the municipal tax for the beachchairs separately so guests have the freedom to go to any beach they choose. All beaches in Mykonos have a charge, and ours is of the least expensive. We are proud to have such a beautiful beach while not charging 40-80 euros for sunbeds as even our next door neighboring hotels do! We wish you great travels and thank you again!

Fantastic location right on the lovely beach.
Although we were a little concerned on arrival, as there was obviously some ongoing work to be completed, our concerns were soon swept aside by the treatment of the staff and the solutions they came up with, which was more than satisfactory. Throughout our stay, we were definitely their main priority and they did all they could to ensure we had a great holiday. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all lovely, with particular attention from Nicos at the hotel and Joanna in the beach bar. Although there are really lovely restaurants all along the beach front, we did eat at the hotel twice and the chef is excellent - fish cooked to perfection!

Best Location
Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they were able to check us in way before the normal check-in time. Room had everything we needed. Location is unbeatable. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and you could eat right outside with an ocean view. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Perfect Trip!
My fiancé and I recently stayed at Mykonos Palace Greek Luxury Suites. From the moment you book, you are greeted with a welcome email from the concierge manager Christy. You can’t help but instantly feel like you are in the best of hands. Christy takes your vacation to the next level by managing each and every detail from ground transport, romantic private dinners, beach beds, helicopter tours of the island, private room massage appointments and even tours of the city nightlife. You will not be disappointed. Our ten day vacation flew by without an ounce of stress and we can’t stop thinking about planning our next trip back.

The most horrible time we've had in years. I read ratings and reviews so when a hotel is this disappointing I can only hope that it was a fluke. They didn't have our room ready at check in time so we went to the beach, no problem. We waited over four hours for our bags, there were exposed electric wires in the complicated 12 button light switch because buttons were missing, we called 5 times to reception with no answer, the private pool had old food rappers floating in it, the late night desk clerk is not authorized to help with late check out plans nor will he leave a note for the morning staff to contact you, we were the only people in the lobby but it took 20 min to call for a taxi, they were rude and incompetent. The downstairs lobby bathrooms are disgusting. Sad because the place is beautiful and the rooms are great. The bed is soft, the linens are good quality and the shower is cool. Private pool rooms are in a horrible location against the parking lot and busy road so don't think they are an upgrade more like compensation for no view and being really far from the beach.

Best location on the island!
We arrived in the evening the moment we got off the taxi the staff took our suitcases and checked us in. While checking in, the gentleman (whose name I forgot), gave us a detailed description of possible activities on the island. The room we had reserved was not available so we ended up getting a similar room in the main building. However, the sea view is just amazing. The breakfast was very good, typical eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, rice pudding and etc. however eating breakfast outside next to the beach makes it an amazing experience. The hotel's restaurant was alright, but compared to the restaurants nearby it could use some improvements both in terms of service and food quality (it was still pretty good compared to average NYC restaurants within the same price range). Our main problem was that too many of the staff were just waiting and staring at the customers (Im sure it was to make sure they are ready to service in case someone needs any help) it just felt a bit awkward. Other than that, the beach is amazing, the hotel is amazing, the staff are extremely kind, thank you Ellena and the gentleman that helped us who used to live in Belgium (sorry I forgot your name)

Perfect location.
The hotel was excellent and I am glad I ignored all the negative comments I read. The location is perfect and it is easy to get into town on the local bus but it can be a little crowded, however, they manage to fit everyone in somehow. There is a charge to use the hotel loungers on the beach but there is no charge to use them around the pool and that is only ten yards from the beach so found no problem with that. I would recommend arranging for their shuttle to pick you up at the ferry port as there are not a lot of taxis on the island.

Good stay. Mykonos Palace has a great location. Needs renovation, as bathrooms were outdated. For the price of a night you would expect more. The buffet breakfast was very good. Beach access was excellent. As other comments and reviews reflect the beach chairs were extra. Really? This should be included in the hotel price. The staff were great and extremely helpful.

Good location but awful hotel
Mykonos is a beautiful island but this hotel cannot be described that way. Fixtures, decor and furniture are comparable to a two star motel (see photos). The rooms are small and smell of mould. The breakfast was only mediocre. Staff are polite but are powerless to improve the experience at a hotel which requires major investment if it is to justify the prices charged. There are plenty of better hotels on the island. Also worth checking out the reviews of loizos, bunkas etc on tripadvisor in August 2015.

I recommend this hotel overall with a 4 / 5 Pros: Nice staff, Helena is adorable, great view, fabulous beach with water sports, good restaurants around (Avli tho thodori etc) and walking distance to Nammos Cons: Reception and room furniture is average Breakfast is below standard Internet is very lousy (and as lousy as everywhere else in Mykonos btw) Last mile to reach the hotel by car is a very narrow street, little parking space

Very noisy hotel. Impossible to have a good night sleep even though the beds are very comfortable. The maids start moving furniture around 7:30, you ear doors bang all the time, and water running in your neighbours rooms. It is too bad as the service is very good.
