A good quiet location close to restaurant s and beautiful pebbly beach
Arriving late at night the property is not easy to find a labyrinth of paths and steps to navigate in the dark ! The property is well equipped but could do with a new mattress on the double bed and the air conditioning in the main room needs maintenance as it kept cutting out and not maintaining a cool temperature! The shower outlet needs to be cleaned out so that it drains away rather than coming back up the drain in the floor! Barbati has good restaurants and supermarkets supply essentials and friendly advice , the beach is clean and well maintained, some showers and rubbish bins , even at high season it is a civilised space to enjoy the beach and sunshine ! The tavernas have good fresh fish and friendly efficient service! An enjoyable stay in spite of the 69 steps up and down, who needs the gym !

Gemütliches Apartment mit kleineren Schwächen
Das Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet, aber die Möbel (Sofa, Schränke, Betten) könnten durchaus eine Erneuerung vertragen. Die Küche ist rudimentär (Teller, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe) ausgestattet. Super war die kostenlose Bereitstellung von Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs für den kompletten Aufenthalt. Die Dusche ist ohne Überschwemmung nicht nutzbar, selbst für unsere Kinder nicht, aber es gibt einen Bodenablauf, daher nicht ganz so dramatisch. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Strand, beim Supermarkt und den Restaurants. Da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren, war das Apartment für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Abstrichen (Betten) komplett ausreichend.

Vacances de rêve
Tout d'abord, nous voudrions remercier l'agence EOS travel et en particulier Stephanos Vlachos pour son efficacité; la moindre question reçoit une réponse instantanée et précise (même le dimanche!), bravo. Ensuite, les indications fournies pour trouver le gîte sont parfaites, nous avons trouvé sans peine, bien sûr nous sommes arrivés en plein jour. Le gîte ensuite: propre, conforme à l'annonce avec une clim dans chaque chambre très efficace et qui rafraichit toute la maison sans peine; je pense que la dame qui s'en plaignait ne s'en servait pas bien, elle aurait dû envoyer un mail à EOS car il aurait dépêché le propriétaire qui serait venu tout expliquer. Le matériel, frigo, machine à laver et lave vaisselle de marque et impeccable. Le petit patio est agréable et on va à la plage en maillot car elle se trouve à 200m ce qui est super. Un petit magasin à 100m permet de se dépanner et possède tout ce dont on a besoin hormis la viande, il permet par contre de s’approvisionner en poisson en le commandant la veille, nous vous le recommandons, c'est hyper frais. Enfin, de petites choses pourrais améliorer encore le séjour: un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain et renouveler le fauteuil du salon car on est "affalé" tant le dossier est fatigué. Pour terminer, des dames viennent laver la maison deux fois par semaine avec le sourire et gentillesse, elle vident également les poubelles et renouvèlent les essuies avec une petite touche décorative sur les essuies :) Des vacances de rêve!!
