Wonderful stay
The villa lives up to its photos. First time in pefkos and it didn’t disappoint. Ideally placed for a short walk to beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Loved the little quiet beach a few steps from the villa. Jano was the best host and we were lucky to have a trip on his boat. See you in 2024 😎

5 Star Fabulous Holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful week spent at the gorgeous villa Cap Jano. The Villa is beautiful, clean and spacious and the view is stunning, such a special place. There are many places to eat and drink, yet it’s lovely and quiet too, although it is October! And the host Jano is charming, very helpful, and if you’re lucky he may even take you out in his boat! Many thanks Jano for making our holiday really special.

The wonderful Villa Cap Jano
Our second stay at this beautiful Villa, with a third already booked! It is simply the best of everything. A very spacious and comfortable Villa with everything you could need. The infinity pool with the sea view and best sunset views in Pefkos. The location and extensive grounds give the true feeling of serenity whilst being just a few minutes walk from all the amenities of Pefkos. In my opinion nothing compares!

Such a lovely view
The villa, especially the outside space and pool was lovely. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool. Jano was so helpful and helped us with many questions we had about Rhodes. The villa was just a short walk into Pefkos to many bars and restaurants.

What a great location we had our two teenagers with us who both had a friend with them it’s so close but just far away from plenty of bars and restaurants but peaceful too, the view you just do not get bored with, great pool, lindos just ten mins away and the owner well what a very proud, interesting and kind man, jano is a legend especially in the speedboat which the kids loved, would recommend and would go back, only negative is there is no air con in the main living/kitchen area but the bedrooms had them so it’s not that bad and the beds were all comfy too. Thanks jano for a wonderful memory packed stay xx Ps. Jano is 23 years older than me and I was born in 1971 he kite surfs and is fitter than I, thanks buddy

Stunning property & location.....
We believe this is the best villa in Pefkos, & definitely with the best views......we will never forget those! The outside space is exceptional & the infinity pool completes the wow factor! Janneau is such a lovely guy & clearly concerned for our welfare during what was a devastating time for the island. The villa is well appointed & very spacious with everything you might need for a perfect holiday.....you won't be disappointed. Pefkis Perfect Peaceful Paradise
Jano himself describes his villa as “a little piece of paradise” and all I can say is boy he is not wrong! First Class Villa in peaceful surroundings with stunning views. Words cannot fully describe the beauty of this spot you just need to book and see it for yourself… you won’t be disappointed 😊

Jaw Dropping Views with Ideal family space & tranquility!
Villa Cap Jano was simply awesome! The outdoor space and infinity pool views to the sea and mountains was something to behold. Communication throughout was excellent from Jano also. We were a family of 5 and there was space in abundance. Each of the main 3 bedrooms had excellent panoramic views from the terrace and the internal space was comfortable and spacious. The owner very kindly took us out on a private boat trip which was a major highlight of the week! We cannot recommend Villa Cap Jano too highly and it provided a top class base for a tranquil, relaxed and luxurious family holiday. Pefkos also provided excellent beach areas, supermarkets, restaurants and drinking stops without being too busy. All within a short walk of the villa. Lindos and the acropolis was only a short drive away also. The airport is only one hour away as well. A really top quality villa. Thank you Jano!

Wow .. what a find
A beautiful villa with the most stunning view. We had seen this villa on previous trips to Pefkos and it was better than we could have imagined. We were a party of 6 with the youngest being 2. Everything you need is provided, a very well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms including a cot. They even provided pool towels. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and the location is superb for watching the sun set. There was no need to go anywhere else, lazy days round the pool were just what we needed. Bars and restaurants and all within walking distance And as for the host Jano, such a really nice man. He always on hand if you need anything. You will not be disappointed. We really hope to return one day.

Superb villa
A beautiful setting, a lovely villa and a very friendly and considerate owner. Restaurants and bars are close and good. Coming back to the villa each night was wonderful. Jano generously took us out on his boat one lovely sunny day. We rarely go back to a places we have stayed in (so much to see) but would change our minds in this case. The whole fsmily loved their time at Cap Jano.

Great house, great host
The location is perfect. Isolated and private with fantastic views but in walking distance of the village where there are lots of different restaurants catering for every taste from Greek and Italian to Chinese. Outdoor area is very large. The pictures don't do it justice. There are lemon trees, grapevines, bougainvillea bushes, a range of exotic cacti. The furniture and cushions are top quality. There is a path to a secluded beach at the bottom of the property (takes about a minute to get to it). It is shared with the apartments nearby (the villa is secluded so you will have no interference from the apartments) but at worst there will be 2 people on the beach. Having said that we were more than content with the infinity pool. Inside, the kitchen has top of the range appliances - Bosch and Miele. It has lots of cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, more than I have ever seen in a private villa. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. We only used the one with en-suite bathroom. The mattress was very good, the bedding brilliant white and lots of towels were provided. And last but not least - Jano, the host who is the most hospitable man I ever met. He also helped us out of a very difficult situation, when we got bogged down in a sandy hole at the end of the road. He came at midnight and towed us out. He was even in good spirits. I am trying to think of negatives but I can't find any. There is even a beautiful tuxedo cat that visits from time to time providing entertainment. We will definitely return and recommend the vila to friends

Best Villa we have ever stayed in!!!
We are a group of three fifty something couples who have just come home after a week in this amazing Villa. The only negative thing we can all say is that a week was not long enough!!! When you arrive and open the front door and the first thing you see is the most amazing view through the patio doors it’s a definite "wow" moment. The villa is spotlessly clean and welcoming. Beds are very comfortable. The outside space is fantastic. Comfortable sunbeds and furniture. The pool is stunning . The sunsets are amazing. The beach at the bottom of the garden is lovely and perfect for snorkelling and relaxing . A swim as the sun goes down is perfect, (even better with a glass of something nice) Plenty of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. We really wanted to sample all Greek food and we enjoyed all the restaurants we tried. Greek story followed by Flyers were our favourite restaurants. Best cocktails were in People bar. We were told by our taxi driver from the airport (Who Jano recommended ) a short cut to get to the village by Flyers restaurant is to turn right out of villa and just opposite the big bin is a gap in the fence and you walk across an old airfield to the restaurant. Much quicker way of getting to the bars. I could literally carry on talking about this amazing villa and it’s amazing location for pages , just go there and see for yourself. Last but not least is the lovely Jano who really is the best host you could wish for. Everyone in the village knows him and speak so highly of him. We absolutely loved him. Fabulous villa in unbelievable location
This villa will blow your mind. The house itself sits in an enormous and totally private plot of beautifully landscaped gardens - cactus, lime trees and bougainvilia and plenty of spots to enjoy a quiet hour or two. Then the pool. Large enough for a good swim, the infinity pool looks out onto a gorgeous bay and the warm Aegean Sea is only 30 seconds from your private gate. On a busy day, you might share the small stony beach with 4 other people from the apartments next door, but for the most part it’s deserted. Great for snorkeling and paddle boarding - the rental shop is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Back to the pool, with plenty of sunbeds, a huge shady pergola and a small lawn for ball games. The house is lovely - spotlessly clean, traditional yet modern, spacious and well equipped, our host Jano has considered all those details which make your holiday really comfortable. Fly screens, electric shutters, air con and balconies in the bedrooms, big kitchen and plenty of seating areas. Also a friendly cat. The location is great. So quiet, yet just a short walk from the main Pefkos strip. With our four older kids this was great for them to pop out for lunch, ice creams and cocktails. Pefkos is a lively town full of bars and restaurants - we used abcsupermarket for an online shop which was delivered by the time we arrived - a cold beer straight from the fridge! There are numerous supermarkets with a butcher and fishmonger down the road in Lardos. We preferred the nightlife in Lindos and ate at Kalypso, Acree and Mavrikos with good cocktails at Antika bar. Late Taxi from Lindos cost €10. We had a lovely, chilled and good value lunch at Haraki Bay hotel , 20 mins up the coast. Finally our host Jano was an absolute gem throughout the whole process from booking to boat trip, which was the holiday highlight. I recommend this villa 100% and will be re-booking as soon as we can.

First class location.
A beautiful villa and infinity pool, within fabulous grounds. Tucked away from the main street, but easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. We spent most of our time just enjoying the pool and relaxing in the large covered terrace, alfresco dining. Just perfect

Lovely Villa in beautiful setting
Finally got to stay in this lovely Villa. We were a party of five adults ,a three year old and 9 month old baby. The Villa is so spacious and all the bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment although a smaller pan for cooking the baby's food would have been useful. The outside area provides plenty of shade and lots of space. The infinity pool is stunning with fabulous views. The owner also left us a large inflatable for the 3 year old to play on in the pool. The Villa is very private but easily walkable to the beaches bars and restaurants. Will definitely be returning.

Outstanding Villa with stunning Sea views.
The villa is truly outstanding and the views are just stunning . Watching the sunset was glorious. The villa is like home from home and Jano was the most attentive host, our son needed a Dr for ear ache and after a call to Jano we had a Dr on the doorstep within the hour . Our two week stay was perfect we had many days at the villa enjoying the fantastic pool. Just a few steps out of the gate and you are in the sea . The Villa is situated in a quiet area although Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars are all within a 2-3 minute walking distance.. We will definitely be back 😆 5/5.

Beautiful villa & location. Amazing views.
We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2022. Villa and views were amazing. The pictures can’t do the views justice. Villa is in a perfect location with direct access to a quiet sandy/rocky cove which was great for swimming and snorkelling and at most had a handful of people on the beach as it is only really accessible to the villa & to the beach apartments next door . The main beach is just a short walk where there are tavernas (Flyers, the closest, was the most friendly) and kayaks etc for hire. We were a family of 4 with teenagers who brought friends. Location was perfect as the villa is in a very quiet part of the village but there are enough tavernas , bars, shops in the village for the teenagers to explore and options for going out. Go karting & water sports at Lardos just a short drive away. Jeannot was the perfect host and regularly checked all was ok. Will definitely go back

This is a truly beautiful villa! We have stayed in many villas around Greece and this surpasses all of them by far. The view from the pool out to sea is stunning. The inside of the villa is just a perfect but with the lovely garden furniture you won’t spend much time indoors. Jano and Deborah are perfect hosts and the welcome pack on arrival and fresh fruit from their garden was such a treat. Everything you need is within walking distance and the beach in front of the villa is fabulous for a quick dip. If you like cats there’s a white one that comes to visit and he’s very domesticated and friendly. We loved the villa and location so much we have booked it again for next year, we rarely go back to the same place but we wouldn’t be able to find anything better. See you next June Jano and Deborah and Thankyou so much for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful villa with stunning views!
The villa was everything and more for our family to enjoy with ample space inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that we could have needed.. Having fly screens on all windows and doorsc meant we could have them open without the worry of midges coming in. All rooms overlooked the infinity pool and sea which was stunning and only a few steps away . The villa is well situated with only a 5 - 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. We had the most wonderful time and highly reccomend Villa Cap Jano.

Glorious villa in a great location
Great communication from the hosts. Villa is as described with a beautiful outlook. Short walk to the bars and restaurants but in a quiet location away from the main resort. Would definitely recommend staying here for a family group.

Lovely home with beautiful view
The house is lovely with a gorgeous view of the sunset. There were some minor issues we found at the beginning of our stay but Janneau was very responsive and sorted it all out for us. Local restaurants, especially George's in town, were terrific. Only issue is the internet is not good but that is a Rhodes island issue so make sure your phone has a hotspot if you need internet.

Stunning Property, Outlook and Location.
This stunning villa is a joy in every sense. Its spacious, beautifully equipped and the outlook is unsurpassable. After visiting Rhodes twice now, 2016 for my daughter’s wedding and just recently in Aug-2021 I thought I would never go back to Rhodes again with so many other Greek Islands to visit, but this villa alone has changed my thinking. Its location is ideal because its quiet and private but it’s a very short drive or walk to the main street where all the restaurants and shops are. So you have the best of both worlds. The AC in the bedrooms is very efficient. The forth bedroom is an annex with its own entrance, kitchenette and ensuite. The view over the infinity pool out to the ocean is breath taking. At night time we just sat on loungers overlooking the pool which is lite up until midnight, listening to the waves washing up down below. None of us wanted to leave. It could use a slightly larger shaded area to the left of the pool which I know Jeannot, the owner, has in mind. It would also benefit from a fan in the living room and on the patio area just to keep good airflow when the wind drops. But these are minor points. I can’t recommend this properly highly enough.

London Family desperate to escape Covid finding paradise in Cap Jano
We cannot recommend Villa Cap Jano enough. It is a truly magical house - with the nicest owners/hosts, Jano and his wife and family. The sunsets from the infinity pool are mesmerising...and you have your own virtually private cove to swim from - about 70 paces from the house with lovely snorkelling. After a horrible 2020 because of COVID, we were desperate to find the perfect location to escape for the summer - and we found it here Pefkos is also lovely - incredible food in the many of the local restaurants - including Flyers Restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk where the lovely Vasili and his staff and Mixologist brother who trained as a cocktail bartender in London will serve you amazing drinks. Don't hesitate to book this place. You won't regret it.

Sublime! The perfect private getaway!
Superb location, in complete privacy, with a wonderful pool, even better view and everything you need (restaurants, supermarkets, bakery) only 5-10 mins walk away. Access to what feels like your own private beach is 2 mins down the drive where great snorkelling and swimming can be enjoyed. Jeannot is also the most considerate and friendly of hosts. In short, we liked it enough to recommend to friends and to work out how soon we could come back!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location
The villa was just what we were looking for. Nice size rooms with comfy beds and a gorgeous sunset view out to sea. Only steps from a small beach which was perfect for snorkelling around the rocks. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Lindos beach which we also loved. The owners were also very welcoming and on hand for any queries.

Perfect in every way!
Just back from the most perfect villa to celebrate my 60th birthday. You couldn’t wish for a better location to spend wonderful lazy days snorkelling and strolling along the beach and then watching the sun set from the amazing verandah and infinity pool. Amazing Holiday
We have just come back from an amazing stay at this Villa. Everything about this Villa was perfect for us . It's set in a quiet and peaceful part of Pefki within easy reach of Restaurants bars and shops. There is a beach just below the Villa where you can go snorkelling and swimming and a sandy beach 5min walk away which is beautiful. The Villa itself was stunning large rooms with spacious bathroom open plan kitchen and living room that flows into the outside area. There is a BBQ and seating area in the shade with lovely garden and infinity pool which overlooks the bay the view from the villa was amazing . Jeannot the owner was always available and was a pleasure to meet.

A wonderful property with a very user-friendly layout inside and out. Close enough to the bars and restaurants in town and on the beach, but still completely peaceful and tranquil.

amazing place
We spent two weeks in october 2018 with our 3 kid. we had a great stay at a great place with a phantastic view (sundowner!!!) in a beautifull villa with a lot of space, pool was perfect, phantastic host. We were a family of eight and there was plenty of room in this lovely villa. The views from the pool area are stunning and right on the beach. Jeannot and Debra the owners are always on hand if you need anything .We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning

Amazing villa and views
Family of 8 and had lots of space. Villa is amazing, Jeannot and Debra kind and helpful, very clean, brilliant pool and views, impossible for photos to do the villa justice. Absolutely loved it and will be returning in the future

Fantastic villa, perfect for families
We stayed here from 17-24 of August 2016. The photos of the villa are fantastic but the villa in reality is even better. Location: it was 2 minutes walk from a small beach and 5 minutes walk to a bigger beach. A pool bar which was perfect for lunch was also only 5 minutes away. The main town was less than 10 minutes walk which had a fantastic variety of restaurants to suit all. The owners Jeannot and Deborah could not have been more welcoming. They were on hand if we needed anything but not at all intrusive. Jeannot runs a glass bottom boat which runs throught the day to the beautiful town, Lindos which was fantastic ! The villa was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It made for the most perfect of holidays and we will most definitely stay there again very soon!

SIMPLY AMAZING...
We (2 families - two kids/teenagers each, 8 persons) spent a fantastic week at Villa Cap Jano. It was the kind of stay you never expected. It was that kind of stay you would have never expected. The pictures do not do justice to reality. The property itself is just wonderful - without exaggeration. In a calm neighborhood, perfectly maintained beautiful gardens with lots of space and shade and many exotic plants such as palm trees and cacti. The infinty pool is really stunning - only a few steps away from the ocean. Restaurants, shops, bars in walking distance. The house is also impeccable. Kitchen, living room, one bedroom (incl. bathroom) plus one extra toilet downstairs, 3 more bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) upstairs plus one extra bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with perfectly working air conditioning. And the host/owner Cap. Jano is one of the nicest persons we ever met - friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with - thank you so much for having us. We hope to back soon in this fantastic house!

Traumurlaub in Pefkos 2021
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Cap Jano hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sensationell in wenigen Schritten liegt der hauseigene Strand. Der Infinity Pool ist traumhaft und die Sonnenuntergänge sind sensationell. Jeannot der Eigentümer ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns mit seinem Boot zu wirklich traumhaften Buchten gebracht. Einfach sensationell!

Wunderbare Lage
Das Haus und die Lage hat uns gefallen. Es liegt nur wenige Schritte bei einem schönen kleinen Sandstrand. Leider war der Pool so stark gechlort, dass die Haut rauh wurde und die Badekleider sich stark gelb verfärbten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte zum Teil erneuert werden. Die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens.
