Preferred hotels in Greek Mainland, Greece

"The hotel is in an ideal location to visit Athens. We were in walking distance of absolutely everything, historical sites, shopping, restaurants, The Hop on Hop off bus, etc. The buffet was the best I think I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. The service was in general very, very good. The only comment I have is that I reserved connecting bedrooms. My daughters' room was beautiful with big windows and was very very very spacious. My connecting room was very small, dark, and generally not very inviting. I paid the same for both rooms. I have to say when I saw my room, I was very disappointed. However, having said that the hotel is excellent for someone who wants to visit the main sites in Athens and have a convenient, comfortable place to come home to."

"Good location, excellent staff and fantastic view of the Acropolis from the breakfast area and bar. Easy walking distance to airport train, main shopping street and tourist attractions. There is an active nightlife close by so can be noisy, but that goes with being so central. "

Room clean and amenities plenty Customer service and front reception good including bell boy when we had to change rooms due to original room assgt on lower floor backing to Main Street that was noisy. Front staff accommodating to switch rooms at check in and arranged for airport transfer pick up and boxed breakfast due to early am flight "
