Enjoy all the bay has to offer like incredible sunsets, peace and quiet, sounds and views and even wildlife from time to time. If you want to add some simple fun during your stay, we provide kayaks (2) with life vests, floaties, noodles, bocce ball, bean bag and croquet. Please make good use of the fireplace, porch/deck, propane grill, outside furniture and a firepit too. We hope you can relax and rejuvenate during your time here.

Favorite Getaway

This was seriously the most perfect getaway that I needed. Quiet, lots of nature, no cars. Cozy fireplace and the hosts were exceptional. Will stay here whenever I visit Green Bay again.

Cozy Cottage is very inviting. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here very much while we were in the area to see Our Lady of Champion Shrine. Very spacious and everything we needed was there. Beautiful view of Green Bay! We could easily walk to the beach.

Sweet Retreat

We loved the location - quiet neighborhood, quiet street, beautiful spot on Green Bay. It worked as a great base for exploring the peninsula. Had the weather cooperated we'd have used the kayaks, perhaps our next stay. Kitchen was well supplied for our needs, beds were comfortable, owners were very responsive and thoughtful.

Beautiful views

This was just the cutest, most comfy and accommodating little cottage. All furnishings were in great shape and comfortable. Very clean. Open living room/kitchen/dining with lots of large bright windows and great views of the bay. Lovely yard. We had fun exploring dining experiences in Green Bay and the train museum, also took a nice drive up Door County. We’d love to return one day and catch some warmer weather in order to enjoy more of the sunny yard. Cozy Cottage is definitely in our rotation

Beautiful quiet location

This is a beautiful quiet location right on the bay. Easy check in and owners were available if needed- checked with us leading up to check in and left us a personal note on the counter. We recommend it his property if you want a quiet getaway in a beautiful location.

Beautiful view right on lake Michigan. Manager was very helpful. We paddle boarded and kayaked, water was warm. we would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway!

Very nice stay with very hospitable hosts. Beautiful location. Not a luxury property, but has all the amenities you need. The view is fantastic and property was clean. Mike was great with communication and very thoughtful in making our stay special.

Perfect Get Away

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cottage. It was a perfect place to kick back and just relax. Our favorite part was enjoying the sunsets on the bay and the pelican parade in the afternoons. The owners were very helpful and we appreciated the contact via text as we had never been to the area before.

Perfect Summer Getaway

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay during our recent vacation to Wisconsin. The cottage was super clean, perfectly stocked, and reminded us of childhood family trips up north. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and the hosts had excellent communication throughout our stay. The views of the bay were serene and the proximity to both the Green Bay metro area and Door County made it an excellent central location. 10/10 recommend

Relaxing

The cozy cottage and Mike and Ann provide a perfect location to forget about the day to day stress and relax a little. The cottage is equiped with everyting one needs, just bring the food/drinks and its the ideal spot to start each day slow and taper off. Highly recommend!

Sister's birthday getaway

The cottage was a cozy retreat with easy access to Lambeau field & to Door county/Sturgeon's Bay area. The area & cottage is well kept & clean & neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. The view & access to the lake is wonderful!! The host is also wonderful & kept in touch/prompt answer to questions etc. Also, they went out of their way to surprise us with flower bouquets & ballons for our birthday!

Perfect Lake Cottage

My husband and I enjoyed a super relaxing and quiet Memorial Day weekend in this cute and cozy cottage. Our stay was perfection! The privacy and lake views are amazing. The communication, cleanliness, decor and amenities were fantastic. The cottage was exactly what we needed. The beautiful lake and solitude was great for the soul. We would love to come back!!

My brother and 2 sons rented the cottage to stay for the weekend to go see the Packers take on ( get trounced by) the Lions. The cottage was all that the owners said it was. Cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the bay, and the accommodations fit us tremendously. Mike was a great host.

Little Slice of Heaven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage right on the bay. The outdoor seating options and aquatic equipment (kayaks in particular) were greatly appreciated. As others have mentioned, the sunsets and view are spectacular! The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accessible. The location is perfect for attending Packer games and for exploring Door County. We hope to be back again soon. Highly recommend!
