"The room was filthy, the beds were hard as a rock, the smell in the hotel was terrible, the food served for breakfast was terrible looking and uneditable, my mom fell in the room and hurt herself because there was no safety lighting on the floor to show there was a step up ledge. I wish I could get a refund of some sort for the incident of my mother falling and hurting herself. "
