"We had a last minute change on a holiday weekend when our original hotel booking was unexpectedly closed for repairs. The Hampton inn was further away but they were very accommodating with the last minute booking. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room, well kept facilities."

"Power went out, room flooded, we were not offered a new room or even a refund because we couldn't stay there in backed up toilet water. Do not stay here under any circumstances, they will take no responsibility for anything and you will lose your money. And the whole place is dingy at best, like just stay somewhere else"

"Difficult to rate the property since it’s undergoing significant renovation. The updated areas are very nice and clean. We were in a renovated suite, which was quite large and comfortable from a size perspective. However, there were some shortcomings. The a/c was not hooked up in the main bedroom so we roasted. The kitchen sink only had hot water (dangerous with little kids), no cold. The doors to the bathrooms didn’t shut. These are items I’d expect would have been checked before...
