"Felt more quiet and intimate than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to. Great people, food (except ribeye steak at Steak House was overcooked, too thin and fatty. Filet at Kulinariun restaurant was perfectly cooked)"
"We loved our stay. The room was perfect, had a nice porch area, beautiful
meals with the beach view. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Will definitely stay again, loved every minute :)"
"Cleanliness was great, bedroom, great, very comfortable, the food was good a little expensive, breakfast was good, staff was excellent. Air condition excellent. Will be there on my next trip"
Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved."
Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"The Royalton Resort employee did not explained the benefits offered by Expedia when she placed an Expedia wriist bracelet on. I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits.
The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle requests and assistance with luggage on Check-out day. The personnel failed to deliver on both requests
In short, I'd to walk to my Restaurant dinner reservation. Also had to carry my three luggages to the Check-out counter at 11:49 am. 11 minutes before my 12:00 pm chdck-out time.
I hope the Royalton Resort personnel Culture improves."
Royalton Hideaway Negril, An Autograph Collection® All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only
8/10 Good
"We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view wasn’t great, it’s fairly small but it was exclusive which was nice. The spa treatments were a little more than I wanted to pay despite having a coupon book by booking through Expedia. The food was generally great, the room service was the only time it was lacking. Overall it was pretty good, I would recommend it."
Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma
8/10 Good
"You’re paying for the view. The rooms are pretty underwhelming (bloodstain on the bedspread when I arrived, TV didn’t work), and the food is average for an all-inclusive. Drinks were really good, but service can be slow, especially when the resort is busy. Room service is hit or miss, with about a 50/50 chance of actually receiving your food.
The staff, however, are incredibly kind and hospitable, and the beach is absolutely incredible. Vendors can be persistent but are respectful. Check-in was also a bit of a hassle, having to surrender your passport and luggage and wait around after an already rough ride.
Speaking of the ride, the road from Montego Bay to Negril is TERRIBLE. Unless you’re on a bus, expect to get bounced around quite a bit. Off-resort, we used Uber everywhere and found it much cheaper and just as good as resort-approved transportation. I think government doesn't like Uber because they don't get taxes from it yet.
Overall, the beach and hospitality are the highlights. Just don’t expect luxury accommodations or exceptional service."
