"Breakfast was robust (eggs/sausage/ham/waffles/cereal) but the same every day of our stay. Would have been nice to mix it up a bit. Rooms were fine, but 3 things were a problem for us. Some of this I should have checked on: 1) we had our handicapped son with it. The hotel only had double beds for sleeping 3, which are too small for a couple 2) no tub; only a shower. That's a problem when bathing my handicapped son 3) stupid sliding door on the bathroom. My son caught his fingers in the sliding door and it's much too noisy Probably won't stay here next time due to these 3 things. Again, these may not be issues for other travelers."

"We selected the Country Inn & Suites Jonesborough as our hub throughout our 12 day stay which was due to the loss of a family member. Room was clean, breakfast was good, coffee in lobby was appreciated, lovely sitting area for guests in lobby, pool is spacious and clean (there were even some kids inflatable pool items to use), overall wonderful. All of the staff we encountered over our stay were incredible. Aiden was a joy to communicate with and provided fantastic service for every inquiry. Eddie went above and beyond to make our stay unmatchable. The level of service and professionalism prompted us to add additional rooms to our reservation for family members who came to town for funeral services. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Thank you to Eddie and all the staff. "

"The hotel was ok for the one night we was coming up there. The staff in the hotel was ok except when he had a bad experience at the bar with the staff and their nasty attitude at the breakfast bar. They kept making little remarks, cussing through the whole restaurant, and having an attitude with not only my family but everyone’s also. Then the one that says she’s the manger of the bar start making comments about my half deaf husband. Then comes over and starts yelling when I said you don’t have to be rude and hateful especially to people who have a disability. The lady at the deck at the hotel said she left a note for the manager to call me when they got in but have yet to receive that either. Wouldn’t recommend going there!! "
