The staff is super helpful. Great location! I wish that they could have charging panel beside the bed instead of on the desk. The charging panel is compatible for iPhone original plug, but the wall socket is not. You can find the adapter at the convenience store in the lobby

Stayed for 8 days. The original room given was too noisy, thanks to Bella from the front desk for her effort and swiftness, I was allocated a quieter room at the north wing. The room was spacious and clean. One of the best bed I have slept on, so comfortable and fluffy. The restaurant at the 12th floor has a modern design. It is spacious with good ambience. Breakfast spread was acceptable. A very good location as mentioned by many reviewers. Overall, I had a great stay !
