Your home away from home in the flats of Greenbrae

Split air units in each bedroom -- for A/C or Heat

In the flats of Greenbrae, our 4100 sq ft home will be your perfect getaway. We have central heating as well as individual split air systems in each bedroom that can provide both A/C or heat.

We have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two BONUS dormer rooms (dormer rooms have no doors). One dormer room has a box spring and two twin mattresses on top that are currently stacked (but can be separated into two individual beds) . There is no door (hence it being a dormer) but we have a pressure rod and blackout curtain we can put up for you. We can set up an air mattress in the second dormer if needed.

We can sleep 10 in beds -- including using the two twin beds in the dormer. And a total of 12 people if using the additional air mattress.

The sun-drenched open plan kitchen looks out over the backyard and pool. We are very active bakers and cooks and have pretty much every utensil, cookware and baking pan you'd need for any kind of meal or dessert.

The eating areas flow seamlessly through French doors to a spacious dining room & living room.

Our home is a 5 minute walk to the BonAir Shopping Center which has a Mollie Stones supermarket, Gotts Roadside, ice cream, SweetGreens, sushi, Peets Coffee, Orange Theory, a CVS and more.

The Marin Country Mart is only a 7-10 minute drive away (depending on traffic and stoplights) and has over 50 shops and restaurants like Shake Shack, Rustic Bakery, Goop, Hudson Grace and SoulCycle.

On the other side of Sir Francis Drake Blvd from the Marin Country Mart is the Larkspur Ferry terminal. The Larkspur Ferry costs $14 for a one way adult ticket and drops you off at the San Francisco Ferry Building.

If you have a car, you can also take the 101 freeway north to wine country. From our house it's about a 40 min drive to the Sonoma Plaza square and ~50 min to Napa.

You'll have access to the entire house and yard except for the garage and a few closets we'll lock off for our personal belongings.
