"We were in town for a concert, with some friends. The rooms were very nice, with great bathrooms! Everyone was extremely friendly, and over all the stay was wonderful! My only concern was that I feel certain rooms should be specifically for pets. There was dog hair under one of the beds, not a big deal, but someone else could have had an issue with allergies. Great location, about 10 minutes from campus!"

"Room very clean and staff great. The kitchen clean but did not know or was not told that we had to ask for the cooking pots and plates to the kitchen. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. Overall, everything was excellent.So was the young lady serving the breakfast?I have no complaints will be staying in the near future"

"I didn't come across all the bad reviews when I booked a room at this place. Nate Bargatze was performing a show at the Thompson Boling Arena - Food City Center and I traveled down to the area to see him. I booked 2 nights at this hotel so that I can check out a couple of museums 40 minutes away. To make up for all the bad reviews this place has had, I share my experience that hopefully makes up for those bad reviews. They are under renovations. They are doing a lot of work to make the place better considering this must be an old building. I spoke with one of the workers about it & he told me that it's not so much changing owners, but they are changing franchise. They will become a Marriot around end of summer or beginning of Fall. The room me and my friend stayed at looked presentably clean and comfortable. We didn't see any bed bugs or cockroaches during our stay, everything looked up to date and redone. We had a pleasant experience during our stay there even though we weren't expecting a whole lot, but I am happy we didn't receive a bad experience during our stay. I believe they are trying to make this place a lot better and whether you choose to give them a chance, it's up to you."

"The townhouse was beautiful! Very clean and Very comfortable! Easy access to University of Tennessee Knoxville, and restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious and the bed and bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals and new appliances. Plus some! The living areas provided enough room for all who visited with two TV' s downstairs for entertainment (Music or Golf for us) and the master bedroom had a TV too. The outside deck is equipped with chairs and a lovely view of the backyard. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to any family who needs a comfortable place to stay for a few days. The communication with the Host was EXCELLENT! A 10"
