Great space for a visit with family in the Greenfield/Deerfield area. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The communication with the property manager/owner was easy and timely using the VRBO app. No issues at all. It is definitely a walk up so keep that in mind if stairs are a challenge.

Quiet Comfortable and Convenient

It fit the bill for my wife and youngest daughter to stay for a couple of nights while visiting our oldest daughter at UMASS. The Apt was well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely book here again when visiting UMASS in the future.

hiking in Greenfield

We had a very nice stay at the rental. Great location with most places being very close. The place was very clean and was very cozy. The refrigerator was small and was hard to get a gallon of milk in it but we were able to after removing some things. Overall we were pleased with the rental and enjoyed hiking in the beautiful area.

Cute apartment

It was the perfect little place for a weekend wedding. Walking distance to restaurants and cute little town shops. We had a nice room to just relax in to put our feet up and watch our shows or take a nap.

Property met all expectations

It was just as shown in the listing. Overall was very clean and comfortable. Futon took a little figuring out to get set up and securing the shower curtain to prevent spilling water on the bathroom floor took a do-over and some clean-up, but in general was very happy with our stay and the host was very courteous and responsive.

Beautiful little place across from the baseball field

We were in town for the Green River Music Festival. There was a ample parking on the street right in front of the house so it was convenient to load/unload the car. The apartment is upstairs and the hallway and stairs were also air conditioned which felt so nice coming in from a hot car. We had a separate bedroom with a futon for my teen. The bathroom was clean and well laid out and there were enough quality big bath towels for us. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but the kitchen is big enough to cook with a full size fridge for all our bottles of water, soda etc. The bonus was being able to see a little league game across the street from the front window! Overall, we have a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay for a day or a weekend in Greenfield.

Cozy but could use some updates

Overall, this is a charming and well-decorated property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The hosts were responsive, the AC worked great, and the family living downstairs was quiet and respectful. However, we did encounter some issues during our stay. At the time of booking, the listing said the property could accommodate up to 4 people. When we arrived, we found that the listing had been updated to 3 people, but we were not notified of the change beforehand. The futon, which has changed from the one in the listing photos, is extremely uncomfortable, hardly softer than a carpeted floor, and has a hard ridge down the middle, effectively splitting it in half making it impossible to sleep on as intended. You have to sleep on one side of it, which feels like sleeping on a narrow cot. Additionally, the main bed is too soft for comfort, the shower curtain isn't anchored and clings to you, the kitchen knives are dull, and there's only seating for 3 in the kitchen and living room (although the listing now reflects this). Lastly, the comforter in the extra bedroom is quite old and should be replaced. Despite these drawbacks, the place has potential. It would be best suited for 2 people unless the futon is replaced with a more comfortable option. If a few updates were made, this would be an excellent spot for a quiet getaway.
