1st or 2nd floor private quarters in a well maintained, quiet neighborhood. Private entrance allows for proper social distancing. The owners normally reside in the 1st floor apartment.
Original construction two-family home (Upstairs-Downstairs as opposed to Side-by-Side). Upstairs residence is completely separate and you have a private foyer entrance.
