Soundproofing was good also never heard any noise anywhere. Great location for St.Enoch Square & Centre plus transport nearby - everything on your doorstep. Staff all very nice too. Would definitely stay there again. We were having at weekend at Ovo Hydro and this was ideal, better than going home (25 mins away) every night."

"My original room had not been cleaned properly prior to my arrival. I was greeted by an un-flushed WC. Also, there was what appeared to be blood stains on the spare pillow. I reported this to the reception, and was immediately given another room. The staff acted promptly and without fuss. "
