"Staff was good but there were no essential items that usually provided in all hotels… for instance water bottles, toothpaste in the room.. the sofa’s on the suite was not clean essential really old. The suite was expensive but really experience was really neutral nothing like other good hotels!"

"We enjoyed the location since it was only 15 minutes from First Horizon Stadium by car. The hotel’s lobby smells like cigarettes :/. I expected a room with hardwood floors like the ones in the picture, but we got carpet. I paid more for a balcony but didn’t really use it. I wish the breakfast on ..."
