This spacious newly built home has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, functionality, and plenty of room for families and groups.

The property features five well-appointed bedrooms, including one conveniently located on the main floor, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, and four additional bedrooms upstairs, offering privacy and flexibility for larger groups.

The fully equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.

Guests can enjoy meals together in two separate dining areas, providing plenty of seating and creating the perfect setting for family gatherings, celebrations, or casual dining.

For relaxation and entertainment, the home offers two spacious living areas. The main-floor living room provides a welcoming space to gather, watch TV, or unwind after a day of exploring. Guests have access to the whole house with the exception for two locked closets and the garage. here is a large back yard available for your use as well! We’re sorry, but guests may not use the mailbox to receive mail without prior permission.

There is no need to interact with the host if you prefer your privacy, but I live in the area and am happy to provide local recommendations and tips. The interaction level is up to you. Just reach out if there is anything at all I can do to make your stay in Greensboro memorable.
