The site states that check in is 12:00 noon, check out 12:00 noon. Once we booked, we were told we couldn't check in until 4:00 pm, and we would have to leave by 11:00 am so the owners could clean. I communicated back ok BUT he should correct this on the site. This has never been corrected. The house has potential, not in a wonderful area (not in New Irving Park), and with some updates, it could be a nice place. A lot of the window blinds don't work so the house is very dark, the shower was Cold on day 1, lukewarm on day 2. Not fun! There weren't any paper towels in the kitchen, no dish towels, there was 1 pot. The sponge that was left in the sink was very old, worn, and had mold. The Keurig coffee maker didn't work. The cups in the house would not fit even if it did. There were no coffee or tea pods left for the guests. The living room was decorated nicely with a nice TV. With added amenities, it could become a nice stay but for now it's not a home away from home like most people expect of a vrbo property.
