Fisher Park condo on Elm St., new kitchen, 1 mile from downtown

2020 new kitchen and 2022 paint and rehab. HOA covenants at this historically registered property require 30 day minimum on rentals. Top floor in a four story walk up (full disclosure: no elevator) with nice views. Short walk to downtown, breweries, Fisher Park & Moses Cone Hospital.

Fully furnished. Queen bed in bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living rooms. Sleeps wonderfully. Coin Laundry is available on site. Bicycle storage in the basement. Communal grill and outdoor common area.

Great parking behind the building. Spaces are unassigned and no parking pass is needed.

I prefer the outside back stairs for entry but some prefer the indoor front stairs. There is no central HVAC in this building. There are wall air units in place that are quite effective. The heat is steam heat from the boilers which warm the condo in the winter.
No pets. Must be able to walk up four flights of stairs.
