My room provided me with everything needed for my stay. The room was thoroughly clean. I enjoyed breakfast each morning. I appreciated the variety of meals provided each day. The area was clean and food was quickly replenished. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful in every way.

Great downtown location close to the Tanger Center. Police station literally next door which made the area feel safe. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Parking was additional fee but was in covered deck with easy access to the hotel.

Check in/out super easy. They watched our luggage while we killed time before flight. A little pricey but compared to other hotels in area it was on par. I really wish they ran a shuttle to the airport vs a $25 ride share. Would make the cost for the room more valuable and would be a benefit to patrons from out of town looking for a downtown weekend experience.

We were able to check in a little early and were able to pick our floor. I thought $12 to self-park (per day) was a little steep. We only stayed one night. The room was basically quiet except for some street noise (very loud cars, train whistles, an occasional dog barking, etc.) Being on the 6th floor, I imagine it would have been a lot more annoying being closer to street level. The included breakfast was wonderful! Lots to choose from: waffles, kielbasa sausage, home fries, danishes, cereal, coffees, milk, tea, etc. The hotel looks brand new and was spotless and smelled VERY good throughout. We will be staying there again for sure.
