Emerywood is the perfect desirable location being close to the furniture Market, downtown, Main Street, High Point University and other Universities. Minutes away but without any worries about traffic or parking limitations. The established neighborhood’s streets are lined with sidewalks, making them easy for walking. There are two golf courses at High Point Country Club that offer 18 holes. Oak Hill Lake event venue is minutes away.

This gorgeous 4 bedroom Cale Cod has been recently renovated without sacrificing any of its charm or amenities.

(4) bedrooms with brand new mattresses, (2) updated baths, Sleeps up to 8 with a fireplace in the living room and another in the down stairs bedroom.

Great place to stay for HPU graduation!!!

The house was immaculate and in a perfect location to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from HPU. If you ever need to stay in the High Point area I highly recommend this property!!

Cozy and perfectly appointed home in beautiful neighborhood

We had a fantastic experience renting this well appointed home for four nights while visiting the Greensboro/Highpoint area for the Jr Olympic track and field competition. Timely and helpful communication with host. Very clean home greeted us at check in along with fresh flowers and fruit. We slept comfortably in the cozy beds. We had all the necessities in kitchen to make breakfast and sit as a family to eat. The neighborhood is scenic; great for walks/runs in the evening. We highly recommend this home for your Highpoint stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay while attending a graduation at High Point University. The host was very responsive to any questions, the home is enchanting. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all the styles of southern architecture!

Fabulous property that easily accommodated our adult children for HPU graduation. Everything was flawless & the home was clean and comfortable. We congregated on the back porch each evening for a nightcap and notices of our day. It’s magical!
