My favorite place to dine and wine is at MJ's, located at 620 Dolley Madison Rd only 1/2 mile from the apartment. Friday and Saturday nights may require reservations.

Apartment is located in a picturesque neighborhood located on a dead end street with no through traffic making it truly quiet and peaceful.

Everything you need to live, workout and relax is right here. Featuring the inclusive Zen Zone home with state of the art amenities with the Clearlight Infrared sauna with the Red Light Therapy upgrade and the 24- Hour Fitness Center.

You'll have fast access to the Greensboro Greenway. Perfect for a day of bike ride or even more adventures riders will have access to all of the mountain bike trails Greensboro has to offer.

To my knowledge, we are the only apartment in the state of North Carolina to offer such an high end amenity.

Apartment is fully furnished creating a tranquil and relaxing home feeling. Featuring 2 bedrooms with full headboard queen sized beds, smart TV's, independent temperature control as well as brightly lit closets.

The bathroom is gorgeous featuring a modern round LED auto sensing wall mirror, glass block window, teak sitting stool, vessel sink creating a spa-like experience for a truly relaxing atmosphere.

State of the art fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances, new air fryer and an outdoor gas grill for fun times.

Kitchen also offers all new custom built granite countertops & Shaker White kitchen cabinets.

Countertops are granite with the main focus of an 8' party island in the center perfect for entertaining and dining.

Amazing overhead lighting offering every color in the rainbow to create the zen-zone experience.

The spacious living room focal point is the 72 inch hardwood pourparler style 3-blade ceiling fan.

Ceilings are vaulted at a height of 14 feet with 6 beautiful Velux skylights perfect for moon gazing.

All floors are 3/4" dark oak hardwood matching the blades of the ceiling fan.

Bedroom offers a retractable "blackout" skylight shade perfect for those who prefer a dark room and a peaceful night's sleep.

Back deck offers chairs and a granite table perfect for partying, drinking and smoking is permitted in this area as ashtrays are provided.

You'll have full access to the 24 Hour Fitness Center. Featuring the Concept II Rowing machine, Rogue Power Rack, Body Master Seated Row, Lat Pull-down, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Smith Machine, and a full range of free bars, weights, kettlebells, and dumb bells.

Apartment is cozy, updated and very conveniently located! Brett was very informative and quick to respond. The location is only a 4 minute drive to guilford college which made it less stressful moving our child in. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks Brett

Basket weavers rest stop

The property has been newly renovated into an apartment. It is clean, spacious, and reasonably stocked. Appliance are new and very nice. Brett was accommodating and friendly. He even Brought us fresh figs from the neighbor's tree.

Excellent property to stay in. 2 large bedrooms. Large living room and kitchen area. Updated appliances. Easy in and out. Was there for an event at Aquatic center. 12 minute drive to Aquatic center and Coliseum. Close to restaurants and Stores. Brett is very easy deal with and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for our wrestling family with the full gym and the sauna. We weren’t able to use any of it because of our schedule, but knowing this for next year, we will come earlier!Safe neighborhood, very comfortable couch and spacious rooms.

Great Communication

Enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and the description was accurate. Brett was easy to get in touch with for questions. We had an issue with the ac in one of the bedrooms but Brett was diligent in trying to solve the problem. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice but no privacy

Was for a business trip. If it wasn't a business trip I really wouldn't have care to stay at the property. The property manager live right next door. Really no privacy. But the property is beautiful and clean.

Very spacious and nicely appointed place. More of a guest house than an apartment. Brent lives in the main house and is very accessible and helpful. He also runs strength coaching business out of his garage (which is between his house and the guest house, so there can be a little noise but not much). The guest house has everything you need and is located on a very quiet, cul-de-sac.
