2 of the 3 rooms i reserved were dirty. Dirty sheets and bed spreads had stains along with cigarette burn holes in them. Front desk lady was very apologetic and found me two other rooms that were a little cleaner. Needless to say, i wont be staying at this Quality Inn again!!!!!

Hallway carpeting dirty, spotted, and worn out. Queen size sheet on king bed. Lumpy overused pillows. Breakfast display mostly empty 1/2 hour after opening. Few options at breakfast. Dirty, sticky tables.

The first room I was given smelled terribly of smoke. The staff was great and I switched rooms. Then that room the AC unit was super loud, but we dealt with it until 2330 when the AC unit went out altogether. So we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Again, the staff was great. Then the next morning, the food selection was poor and we just grabbed "hot water" for tea and it was lukewarm water. I asked to talk with a manager and sent an email but haven't heard back regarding my experience.

Property is dated and worn out. Updates are in progress but it seems they are being completed in a spotty manor. Leaving rooms open for occupancy that are in different states of repair.

The people in the room. Next to us started yelling from 7 at night till 11.00 at night and then started at 5.00 in the morning. The breakfast was terrible they was nothing let on the counter when we arrived and only one muffin was put on after the only good thing was the coffee.

I thought there was too much noise..The fellow guest were loud.There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways but the entire building is non smoking.I had to go down a flight of stairs to smoke outside.Also,The street noise from outside was loud.It was hard to sleep The best thing about it was the bathtub.That tub was very deep and by far one of the best bubble baths I've had in my life

Excellent condition and great service, but if one is looking for a place with strong internet to do business, then the new normal is to find a room that costs $150-$200. In other words, I couldn't business online because I couldn't get internet. Other than that, it was a great deal

small issue
We enjoyed everything about our stay. They are remodeling so we got one of the finished rooms. The only complaint we have is that the curtain did not cover the small the area between the light coming in from the outside and where our heard were on the bed.. Maybe they could add some clips or some way to block the light out of the room for better sleeping for the guests.

The hotel was not clean at all. The room was very dirty. Stains on the sheets and pillows. Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom was not clean. I cleaned the shower prior to use. Refrigerator was not working.

First we arrive and they informed us that they only had double beds after I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, then we get in our room and the beds are as hard as the floor and there was not a comfortable chair in the room and then the bathroom has hair under the sink along the wall, also the wall and trim above the door had something splattered all over it, the water running for the upstairs room was very loud in our room, ceiling tile framework was all rusty , and last but not least the filth and scum in the corner by the tub was disturbing as was the rest of the filth, pictures attached to verify everything that was mentioned. very dissapponted.

The only thing I liked was the ladies at the counter. Extremely dirty, asked for clean towels was told there weren't any, went to get coffee in dining area every one of them was empty. Worst motel I've ever stayed at I mean filthy
