Main Level:

Primary Suite: King-sized bed + private en-suite featuring a luxurious soaker tub.

Bunk Room: Perfect for kids! Sleeps 3 (Twin top bunk + Full bottom bunk).

Upper Level:

Bedroom 3: Comfortable Queen bed.

Bedroom 4: Comfortable Queen bed.

Shared Bath: A full bathroom conveniently located upstairs.

The Decks: A large open deck for morning coffee and a screened-in porch perfect for watching the sunset or playing games.

Waterfront Fun: Head down to your brand new max dock!

Adventure Gear: We provide two kayaks, a paddleboard, and bikes for your daily excursions and exploring the quiet cove.

Relaxation: Unwind in the hammock with a book or gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores under starlit nights.

Private Entrance: Enjoy complete privacy and peace of mind from the moment you arrive.

Self Check-In: Convenient and secure keyless entry. You will receive your unique smart lock access code prior to your arrival, allowing you to head straight to the lake and start your vacation immediately!

Guest Support
We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home, but we are always just a message away to ensure you have a wonderful stay!

Availability: We are available to assist you from 9 AM to 6 PM EST daily.

After Hours: We make every effort to monitor messages after hours for any urgent needs.

Maintenance: Please note that while we are highly responsive, there is no on-site or after-hours staff.

Emergencies: In the event of a true life-safety emergency, please contact local emergency services (911) immediately.

House Rules & Safety
Check-in/out: Arrive after 4:00 PM; Depart before 11:00 AM.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

Occupancy: Maximum of 9 guests.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. A government-issued ID must be verified upon request.

Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed. A $150 pet fee applies per stay for up to two pets.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

No Events: Parties or organized events are not permitted.

Photography: Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

Water Safety: No lifeguard on duty. Please use the provided life vests when using the kayaks or paddleboard.

Septic System: Please only flush the provided septic-safe toilet paper.

Booking, Fees & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this reservation is Firm. By completing this booking, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the strict cancellation terms specified at the time of booking, and understands that no exceptions to this firm policy will be made.

Service Fee: A 6% fee will incur for service fee.

Chargeback Waiver: By accepting this agreement, the Guest agrees that the firm cancellation policy and house rules are fair. The Guest explicitly waives the right to dispute legitimate charges with their credit card company (chargeback) for any issues that are covered under this agreement, its cancellation policies, or booking platform terms.
