Check in with Ruby was very pleasant. I called before we arrived and she was very pleasant on the phone, too. I told my husband how sweet she was. She had a very happy voice and a blessing to deal with on the phone and in person. The place was close to a lot of things and the hotel was very comfortable.

No 24hr front desk service. At 12AM the key room door didn't work. Had to call the assistant and asked me $25 in cash to solve the problem. What a shame!

We arrived at 7:30pm to check in for our reservation after our 9 hour road trip from Pennsylvania. The office closed at 7pm leaving no way to check in. (We were never informed that we needed to arrive before 7pm.) We had to find another place to stay. Fortunately, Expedia did refund the entire deposit.

I rented 3 rooms for me and my adult kids while we stayed 1 night. 1 of the rooms was good the others were not. 1 the smell was very potent, like your grandfather's backroom where he smoked his pipe ALL day!! The beds were solid.. as a rock. The other one was a little smelly as well but not as bad.. bed was the same by the way in all 3. The staff was great thou.. Thanks but wouldn't go there again.

The accommodations were fine. The hotel is not a four- or five-star facility, therefore, one cannot reasonably expect that there wouldn't be some issues. It was a place to sleep after a long day vacationing.
