Welcome to Greystone Estate
Some properties offer a place to stay. Greystone Estate offers a world of your own. Set on 73 private acres in the rolling Georgia lake countryside, this extraordinary Tudor-style manor is a sanctuary of refined living — where cathedral ceilings and centuries-old imported English stone meet every modern comfort. Whether you're gathering with family, retreating with colleagues, or simply escaping the pace of everyday life, Greystone delivers an experience that is, in a word, unforgettable. Have a chef in to do the work for you or cook outside and take in natures finest.
The Fully Restored Stone Manor
At 5,500 square feet, the estate's main residence is as grand as it is inviting. The great room commands attention with soaring cathedral ceilings, a dramatic fireplace, and the kind of natural light that makes every hour feel like golden hour. The chef's kitchen is outfitted for serious entertaining, while the sunroom, Sauna, private theater, and game lounge ensure that no one ever runs out of ways to unwind. 5 total elegantly appointed bedrooms including a separate two-bedroom, two-bath guest house provide ample space for your entire group, with the privacy and comfort befitting a property of this caliber. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The Grounds
Step outside and the estate truly reveals itself. A 4.5-acre spring-fed bass pond anchors the landscape, perfect for a quiet morning of fishing or simply watching the mist rise over the water. Gather around the lakeside fire pit as the Georgia stars emerge. Explore the ATV and horse trails that wind through the property's wooded acreage. Take aim at the private sporting range. Or simply breathe.
Coming Soon---- New Amenities Under Construction:
A brand-new 10-person hot tub and a regulation pickleball court are currently under construction and will be available for guests this summer. Greystone is only getting finer.
