Friendly staff and easy check in, clean rooms (with a really nice mini fridge and freezer), affordable stay. My only gripe was the beds were sadly pretty uncomfy and our TV didn't work, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend as a cost-saving option.

Decent hotel for one night

For a pet friendly place.. it was very quiet and clean! The only complaint I had was that the refrigerator didn’t have a small freezer.. so I could not keep my ice cream cold enough or my freezer pacs frozen for longer use! We were very close to the exit.. so my husband was able to walk to the car! That was a major PLUS!!

We stay at Red Roof quite often, they are always very friendly and accommodating to us. This stay was no different with the exception of: I spilled something on the floor and used a towel to clean it up, then we didn’t have enough towels to shower with.

The hotel was very convenient for our itinerary. Hotel was nothing fancy, it was clean but could use some updating. Fresh paint, new tub surrounds. Key pads to enter the hotel were a challenge.

The room was clean with the exception of the roach in the shower. But the property is so outdated. So outdated. The staff person was kind and helpful. The parking lot felt sketchy. There were people settled in for the evening drinking beers and playing music. Thankfully the doors to the building require a room card for entry. I wish I had paid more to stay someplace else. As a solo traveler I didn’t feel very safe. I would not return.

My July stay at Red Roof. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay at the Red Roof in on 7/27/24. Upon checking in the front desk attendant was pleasant and able to get us a handicapped room. The room was exceptionally clean. He showed us places to eat in the area. Upon checking out the other front desk clerk was equally helpfull and gave us directions to get back on the highway. This is a place I would definitely stay at again.

The wonderful staff took care of my concerns without hesitation and were deeply apologetic. Unfortunately, I am a germaphobe, and it was my careless mistake to book this location without reading prior customer feedback. The lobby had an unusual odor (that smelled like old urine from one of the plants), In my first room, I pulled back the sheets and noticed an old wet spot, so I removed the entire bed sheets and uncovered that the bed was full of urine and pubic hair. I should have left, but I had just paid in full for 2 nights and it was late. The second room (was cleaner) but not any better, with light remnants of urine stains, so I had Instacart deliver a king-size bed sheet and a queen-size fleece blanket, Frebreeze, and Clorox wipes. I did not sleep or eat for almost 3 days and killed a bug while in the room; A fat centipede.

At check-in I was assigned a room. The room was clean but the bed had not been touched since the previous renter checkout (unmade). Front desk immediately assigned me a differant room. Satisfactory Second day afternoon my key would not acces the outside door (from parking lot) or to my room. The check-in clerk the previous day had only programmed my key for one night. Key was re-programmed for second night.
