Staff were great, bed was great, but building shows signs of wear. The suite built-in cabinet had water damage and dents, wallpaper was peeling at one spot, tub looked rough. I think the building must have been purchased and refurbished. Most of the Fairfields were built by Marriott and are spotless. I’ll stay at Hampton next time I’m in New Stanton.

Good hotel to stay at

Room was clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was fine. There was a large group in the lobby watching a basketball game. It was loud, some woman yelled down the hallway, and a dog barked. I was on the first floor. However, after 10 PM it quieted down.

Nice but Noisy Air

I gave a lower rating for Comfort & Condition because the air conditioning unit rattled SO loudly. Luckily we could turn it off & not get too hot. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Efficient and comfy

We've stayed this location multiple times as it's close to family. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and efficient. On this most recent trip, it started as vacation, but we had a family emergency and had to stay longer than expected. They were very accommodating at finding another room for us as the room type we were in was already booked up for the extended time we needed. My only complaint is that the refrigerators seem to be more of a cool box than a refrigerator that keeps things cold. We will continue staying at this location and already have another trip booked.

Good area to walk pets. Other than that the property was awful. The room (215) had a very strong unpleasant odor. I did not get the type of room I booked on Expedia. The property is run down, dirty and not maintained well. There are no dining options other than chain restaurants. We will not stay there again.

Our room had several places where the furniture was worn and not repaired. The window did not latch and we were on the ground floor making it unsafe as we could not secure the room. People were nice but the property was not what a typical Marriott’s property looks like. Needs an improvement plan.
