"This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished. Free laundry facilities was very helpful. (many other nearby options used coin-operated. Really? Please don't nickle and dime me. There was coffee (hawaiian blend!) along with suger and creamer. "The room was immaculately clean. Housekeeping had made beautiful flowers on the spare toilet paper rolls! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was considerably better than most hotels. They also had real apple turnover pastries. The property was in great shape. I got to meet the owner. He is a genuinely nice person and also an Army Veteran. For me, there is no other place to stay when I am in Appleton! "
