"We came in from atlanta at 730am. We had a rough start to our day. The airlines sent our luggage to florida and there was nothing we could do. We then arrived to the rental center and they messed up our reservation. We didn't get the car we paid for. We spent an additional 5 hours at the airport. Our children were exhausted because we were up since 3am. I called Spark hotel and asked for an early checkin. They wasted no time in telling me yes. This was the best news we had received all day. We were able to checkin as early as 1230 at no additional cost thanks to management. We were so thankful for them. The hotel was more than amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The bath products were amazing and smelled so good. We will definitely book with them again. The raddison hotel use to be our family main hotel but I am thankful we found Spark. From now on they will always be our preference when visting Texas"
