Communication with the owner was amazing. It was warm, cozy, and clean feeling the second we walked in. Location was great. There is a dollar tree around the corner and just a few minutes from Falls Park or the mall. Checking in and out was amazing and super easy. I didn’t see any dust anywhere. The only thing is if you are there for a few days and plan on cooking-there wasn’t a large selection of kitchen stuff. It did not affect me but just a little info for those looking to stay. But def a 10/10 and will be there again if in the area.

The apartment was infested with small gnats in the kitchen area and black ants all over the house, including my sister's bed. We called Vrbo and the customer service agent gave us the phone number of the owner. I called two different times, and he never answered the phone. I got an email saying that he sent a message. There was no message listed when I used the app to access it. The living room had a couch, coffee table with a lose leg that constantly needed adjustment and a Roku (only) television. No other furniture. Both bed rooms had a bed, on side table and that was it. Suitcases had to be put on the floor. The bathroom included a large washer and dryer that took up much of the space. The kitchen had a place in the plastic counter top where a cigarette burned a hole though the counter top. We had to leave the day before the last day July 23 and take a motel room near the airport. We received a notice that the water in the rental would be turned off at 8 am. My original reservation was from July 17 through July 22 by order of my heart doctor who wanted me to stay in SC for a week after my surgery. When I have made hotel/motel/resort reservations, a reservation that ended on July 22 would allow the client to be in the rental until 11 am. on July 23. The Vrbo customer service representative told me that their policy required me to add an extra day, and added $90 to my bill. This may be a policy in other countrie--it does not work in USA.
