Fluor Field is the home of the Greenville Drive, a minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The baseball field is in the middle of the highly desired, Historical West End; so is Falls Park on the Reedy! The Peace Center, Warehouse Theater, Reedy River Amphitheater, Shoeless Joe Museum and Statue, and the Children's Garden at Linky Stone Park are just a few of the attractions among many restaurants and shops and art venues. This was a great location. Quiet but steps away from everything in downtown Greenville. Exactly as represented online, it was comfortable and clean and convenient in the small details such as labeled light switches, sundries, extra throw blankets, and even a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. There was a market across the street for any late night cravings in the rain! We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Well we must say the location of the VRBO in unit 305 was fabulous and it was well-appointed with everything we needed. The interior design is very nice and the furnishings were comfy. There are a few drawbacks that have influenced our rating. The painting and patching on the walls, doors and trim make the place feel a bit seedy. The cabinets in the kitchen also were yellowed with grease in some arears and the dishwasher did not work which is why many of the dishes and glassware we found were not very clean and we had to reclean them to use them.
We also found both entrances extremely disappointing. We felt as if we were back in college at our first rental. Again, fresh paint and vacuumed halls would be an easy upgrade to this location.
The master bathroom walls were very disturbing and the master shower tile needs some attention as well.
Hope our feedback gives the owner some encouragement to make some simple fixes so that other rentals will be able to rate this property higher.
One evening upon our return, our reserved spot was taken, but the emergency phone line was answered quickly and the problem was solved within 40 minutes.

My son got married and rather than a hotel I choose this apartment based on the listing I read. When I arrived everything was as pictured. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. It is clean and well maintained not to mention the bed was super comfortable as well. I would rent it again without question.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located less than a block from South Main Street in downtown Greenville. It was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside was there was only one free parking space. The lot behind the building was pay only with strict hours or on street parking for two hours only.
