Welcome to Greenville - 1500 sq ft mill home in Sans Souci area. 5 min to downtown Greenville quiet area - 10 min to charming Travelers Rest w bakeries, restaurants, shops, Furman. A half-mile to famous Swamp Rabbit Trail and Cafe (bike or walk). Explore GVL on the two provided bikes. Work here - fast wi-fi. Charge your EV here using 14-50 AMP port Tesla / other EVs. Hike here with SC State Park - All Park Pass - for free entry to all 47 SC State Parks. Create an adventure, test-live in GVL.

Outdoor seating on front and back porch. Bicycles are included for guest use on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Two bedrooms w queen beds and two bathrooms. For EV charging the J1772 plug ensures compatibility with most electric vehicles, including Teslas via your Tesla-provided adapter.

Parking in the driveway or on the street. Please do not black the sidewalks and be aware of the storm drain. Please notify us when making the reservation if you plan on using EV charging station as we need to set it up in advance of your arrival.

Perfect choice!
My 2 sisters and I stayed at this immaculate, well equipped property for the Fourth of July weekend. We loved walking in the neighborhood, coffee in the porch and close access to both TR and Greenville. We will surely return for future family visits.
