100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

Lovely Apartment Near Pretty Much Everything

Well-appointed and well-located, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Greenville. The Reed River Falls were nearby, providing a lovely backdrop for a picnic lunch. Plus, there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the door.

A safe, very short walk to Main St downtown. Greenville was beautiful and the people were friendly. Penthouse was very nice, clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful oasis in downtown Greenville!

Beautifully appointed condo right down the block from the Westin hotel in downtown Greenville incudes onsite parking-was a win/win. Nice outdoor space on sunny days for coffee outside. Quiet building - all the comforts of home! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Very nice condo right downtown within walking distance of the Peace Center, Reedy Falls Park and lots of restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Nice secluded outdoor patio as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just park the car at the condo and walk (or bike with City rentals). If you’re in town to see Greenville, then this is a great central location. Beth was great and Kathryn was responsive.

Wonderful!

The owners have thought of everything! The location was perfect; I loved being able to walk everywhere. I appreciated the quick responses to questions, and the condo was the cleanest most well-maintained property I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely try to stay here again in 2025 when I attend events at the Peace Center.

A wonderful property!

This is a wonderful property and we stay here whenever we’re in Greenville. The location cannot be beat and the parking is just steps from the entrance to the building. The condo is very well stocked with all kitchen supplies, towels and toiletries, decorated beautifully and quiet. Do not hesitate to stay here- you won’t be disappointed!!

Greenville vacation

For my wife and I this property was perfect for our time in Greenville. We were less than a block from an entrance to the Rabbit Trail, a block from the Peace Center where we attended a concert, and close enough to restaurants and activities that we walked everywhere we didn't bike. The property was well-appointed, and a great place to relax between going out on the town. I definitely recommend this property!
