Located in the desirable West End, our 2-story, 2 bedroom townhouse is just a 5-minute walk to Falls Park, the baseball stadium, Main Street, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

With room for 6 adults and even your furry friends, this property is perfect for your next family getaway or a week of work in town.

The first floor features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an open living plan connecting the kitchen with the dining room that seats 6.

The comfortable living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV, perfect for cozy family nights in.

This townhome was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to every where downtown with no problems and was a minute from the park Falls on the Reddy. In addition to that, the beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The house was very clean. We fell in love with Greenville and plan to return and stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect location!

The hosts were incredibly communicative. We arrived a bit early, and they were able to remotely unlock the doors for us, as the maid had already been there. We were there for a girl's weekend and celebratibg a birthday and walkability was key. This location was so easy to walk to the main street and great restaurants!If we come back to Greenville we'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this townhouse. The location was within walking distance to downtown and also really close to Shriners Children’s hospital. The property was as described and well stocked with everything we needed. Hope to stay again in the future. The available parking was also great!

Perfect vacation home in a fantastic location!

Clean and comfortable home perfect for two couples in town to perform with the Rivertree Singers. Close to restaurants and Reedy Park, which was a beautiful place to take a morning walk. Everything we could ask for and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

This is a great location for getting into downtown Greenville or to the baseball games! Beautiful walk through Falls Park or into the “village” of the West End. So many walkable restaurants and boutiques. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Owners are very generous with stocking some the necessities to take you through the week.One thing you should know is that there is a lot of construction around — not that it is noisy— but roads can be blocked for a few days…there are a few other routes so it’s not a terrible inconvenience.

Perfectly appointed for wedding weekend

We have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals over the years and this one may have been the most well appointed yet! Perfectly clean, easy access, great location and well stocked and labeled kitchen cabinets and drawers. We especially enjoyed how walkable the townhome was to downtown Greenville. Great weekend!

Beautiful townhouse close to downtown

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this charming house! We brought our 2 dogs and it was great. Super close walk to a really cute park and easy walking access to downtown! The hosts were great and had everything that we could have needed.

Love It!

This is the 4th year in a row we've stayed here. Can't beat the location being so close to Fluor Field and Reedy Falls Park. First time walking in Conestee Nature Preserve and it was great. Hit 4 of the trails and will definitely go back the next time we're in town.
