This unit was amazing. Plenty of room and welcoming open space. Great location, very clean, and owner was very responsive. We rented 3 units and they are all amazing.
This property had an incredible downtown location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The space was very clean and had a great urban feel. We loved it!
This one-bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Greenville. Its location was ideal, as we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go in the downtown area. Parking was easily available and accessible behind the unit. The condo itself was well appointed with absolutely everything we might have needed for our stay. As well, it was a quiet unit with a spacious living area, a comfortable bed, and a big bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in Greenville and look forward to returning before too long!
Parking was great and we never used our car once we arrived. Awesome location. Coral Greenville Restaurant was right downstairs. Cozy little coffee shop just a few doors away. Very close to the falls. We walked everywhere.
We enjoyed our stay so much. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend staycation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare some meals “at home.” The location was perfect for us to be able to walk to all our favorite downtown hangouts.

We have traveled to Greenville for over 30 years. Staying at 4 star hotels and other highly rated rentals, but this by far has been the best accommodations and location that we have rented. The apartment was beautiful and the location was prefect for experiencing downtown Greenville and the parks. Park and enjoy! Our host, John was very responsive in addressing my questions. His instructions for check-in and out were spot on. Also affordable for amenities and location. We recommend 100.
Perfect location. The mattress was too soft. Also, like a king size bed better. Overall, it’s an awesome location and it was a nice condo. It was a good value for all the amenities.
The property itself was very nice. John, the contact person made sure to let us know that the checkout time would not be changed and that there would be a fine if the parking pass wasn't left, but when I indicated that this was a getaway for my daughter whose house had been destroyed in Asheville by Hurricane Helene, there was not one word of kindness, sympathy or concern. This place isn't cheap and a little more of a personal touch would have been nice. Sometimes in the rush to collect those fees and costs, I think people forget that they're dealing with human beings.
This property is as advertised. It’s very clean and in a great location! The property manager answers questions almost immediately. The directions are easy to understand and a huge bonus is a parking space right in the back of the property. I would highly recommend this condo!
