I didn't like that they didn't offer me a stool to put in the tub since their handi-cap rooms were sold out. When I stayed in the Hampton Gadsden-Allitalia sp? I was given a stool to place in my tub. In all fairness they may not have had a stool and since they were completely booked up they may have had other issues they were addressing. I didn't actually ask for a stool. If they don't have one they should get one. R

We had trouble keeping the air at a decent temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. The temperature control on the wall did not seem to work the unit, so we used the controls on the unit itself, which had a sign on it that said not to use the controls - to use the controls on the wall.

Heart of the Delta

Hotel staff were professional and friendly from the time I called to inquire about the location, until I checked out. The service was impeccable!! We’re making plans to book the room for our 2019 family reunion! GREAT JOB!

The desk clerk was away from the desk about 15 minutes or so. No one to check me in. The gentleman was cordial and nice once he arrived, but it should not be a one-man operation requiring him to be away for extended periods...

Horrible customer service

Hotel staff was rude, unaccommodating. My family was in town for a funeral of a loved one and had the worse experience ever with these unprofessional people. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

very accommodating and friendly staff!

loved the room! clean and fresh... great beds! slept great! Parents were elderly so front desk accommodated us by putting us closer to the doorways and elevators so mom didn't have to be wheeled anywhere and she felt she could walk those distances... very nice ... ill stay again!

Very nice place to stay in Greenville MS. Front desk staff was pleasant, hotel was well maintained, and rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn Greenville MS.

We had a great stay except we could not figure out how to use the thermostat. Unfortunately we were warm much of the night, but it was probably user error and not the hotel's fault!

Absolutely the best hotel in the Greenville area.

Stayed at this hotel two nights, and the stay was very nice. The staff here is extremely friendly. If you walk past anyone that works here from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, they will great you, ask how your are doing, and ask if you need anything. This hotels is very neat and clean and ran very professionally.

My favorite employee was the morning breakfast lady. She was so kind and had a great attitude, but really they were all so nice and accommodating.

Nice location outside of town. Very quiet. Staff were the nicest people I've ever met. Great, and free, breakfast!

Overall it was ok. the downfall, there is no shuttle to the airport. Nothing really around it. The room smelled funny and not the cleanest. It work for the night.
