We had a great stay for all 7 people i our immediate group that stayed in the three rooms I booked on short noti e due to a funeral. The reception staff on every shift and the lady doing the breakfast was great making sure our group hd everything we needed. Great visit

Its location from the main highway was ideal. It felt like a safe location. The staff were super friendly. Other guests were friendly and we exchanged several pleasantries with people just wanting to say, "Hello" - that is not normal where we are from, so it's odd being around nice people. Royal Farms next door was convenient.

Was not the Hampton quality. No towels in room, dirty bathroom, old, loud voices at 2am outside our window. And we were on the 4th floor! Breakfast was good.

Great location. Downtown Washington was two minutes away. Ate at king chicken its cooked to order. King tenders are great as well as the 8 piece chicken. Also ate at the ribeye steak. Steak was perfect. baked tatter was great. they kept the salad bar stocked . Its all you can eat salad bar when ording steak or seafood dinners.
