We loved our stay. The house is in a good location and nicely appointed. Julie provided breakfast items for us which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked. The upstairs small bedroom could use some upgrades but it was sufficient.
Spacious, well-equipped house provided the perfect place for our group of friends to attend our bridge tournament downtown. The large dining table and outdoor seating encouraged sitting and visiting. A responsive host who provided a welcome breakfast helped make it a great visit; we hope to enjoy it again in the future.
Fantastic property for families! Room for everyone to sit and sleep. So nice to have a king sized bed in one of the rooms. House and kitchen are stocked with everything you might need. Breakfast supples for the first morning are such a thoughtful addition! Easy 30 minute walk to downtown!
Cozy, close to park, thoughtful touches like breakfast supplies in fridge and table already made for us. Lots of toys and books to keep our 8, 6, and 1yr olds occupied during our 3day stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Mulberry. The extra amenities for kids were greatly appreciated. Julie quickly answered our questions. Would definitely stay there again.
We we were in town for my nieces first concert, Weezer!
This place was beautiful! Very cozy, the beds and couch were out of this world comfortable! Will absolutely stay again the next time we’re in town!
Great property that is well maintained. We loved our visit and will look to stay again. Loved the extra touches the home owner adds such as breakfast in the fridge upon arrival.
This is a lovely small home in a perfect location close to downtown Greenville. Julie had lots of little touches that were appreciated--fixings for breakfast, coffee, half and half. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved the house and area! Clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Greenville.
The location is an easy walk/drive into this appealing town.
Thanks for the breakfast items, too.
Best stocked home of any rental I have ever stayed in. Kitchen had many convenient items for cooking, as well as a "welcome breakfast" for our first day. House was very clean and comfortable. There were only 2 of us, but if you have kids- this is the perfect house for you as there were tons of toys and baby friendly items in the 3rd bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an amazing stay and so appreciated all the extras Julie had for us. Breakfast provided the morning, toys for the kids, cribs for our twins (2!), everything we needed. Thank you!
My friends and I wanted to have a get a way from the damage of the hurriacane and relax. And not a long drive.
This was perfect, the house is close to everything we wanted to do and is so lovely.
Julie was kind and saw to our needs. We loved it and would come back again.
Thank you Julie
This house has all the amenities! From bath products, everything for children (games, movies, stroller, high chair all tucked away neatly in closets) fully stocked kitchen, spices, coffee and they even provided breakfast in the fridge/freezer for us when we arrived (Bacon, eggs, biscuits, butter, hash browns, orange juice!). A cute house with great space! The upstairs mattress was very comfy. The neighbors were friendly as well! There was a construction crew across the street during our stay, but it wasn’t a bother for us. The house is less than a 20 minute walk to downtown Greenville (which was an easy and beautiful walk that we strolled several times:).
The house was very nice. Great parking in back. Well equipped kitchen. Very convenient to downtown. Starbucks just half a block away. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. Stayed with friends for a girls trip - fixed dinners in and enjoyed the lovely table settings! Would definitely recommend!
We stayed right after Hurricane Helene went through Greenville. The host was great about updating us on the power situation (restored before we got there!)
Location was perfect to ride or walk from the house to the Swamp Rabbit Trail or to downtown Greenville. We locked our 4 bikes in the narrow space between the house and the neighbor’s for 2 nights and didn’t worry about their safety. There is no backyard as the pergola seating area abuts the parking lot behind the house but it was a nice place to relax as the neighbors were friendly and there is very little traffic in the private lot. 1 parking spot is behind the house and extra parking in front of the house was readily available. We’d stay again.
This was our first time to Greenville and we enjoyed our stay very much. We went to the Farmers Market downtown on Saturday, the Reedy River Falls in the park, and The Gather food court where we had lobster rolls and Cocobowl parfait. The next day we hiked in Caesar's Head State Park and Wildcat Wayside that takes you by 3 waterfalls.
We fixed several meals in the house and the kitchen had everything we needed including bacon, eggs, and potato cakes for our first breakfast provided by our host, a very pleasant surprise! My wife and I were traveling with my wife's sister and husband and the house was perfect for two couples. We were visiting our nephew and his wife who was doing some schooling in town and we had a nice large dining table to play games at and share meals. There was plenty of seating in the living room when we wanted to relax, including a recliner which is something many rentals lack. The porches in both the front and back of the house were also nice places to relax.
My only suggestion would be to also put the house # on the back of the house where the parking is as I initially went to the wrong house to look for the key as the houses are the same color. The neighbor was very gracious about this but said it happened often.
We would stay again if in Greenville and highly recommend this house.
We were given an address that did not match the numbers on the house, but the description of the pergola, etc convinced us we were in the correct place. Key was where our directions said, etc. When we got inside, we found everything to be delightful except: we were unable to connect to the WiFi.... we found the site, and had the password, but it also asked for a "security key" which we did not see anywhere. In the book/folder about the property were a couple more (older?) sites and passwords, but none worked...and using hot spot on my phone didn't have a strong enough signal for us to connect. We hope we followed instructions ok, I can't remember if we actually turned on the dishwasher before we left, sorry if we left something undone. We were ages 84, 80, 77, 72, and a 35 yr old with Downs Syndrome in Greenville for my 85 yr old brother's funeral, so not particularly adept with technology. The breakfast you left for us was terrific, and we really appreciated it. One last thing, the chess set on the bed upstairs was heavy for us to move. All else was wonderful.
