Located just 5 min. from downtown by car and 2000 feet from the Reedy River, Swamp Rabbit Trail, and Greenville's newest park, Unity Park. A short walk on the trial brings one to a food hall and breweries.

This is our second stay at this cute house. I love the location near Unity Park and the bike trail. The house is perfect for a weekend getaway & I will definitely be back.

Charming Bungalow Just a Mile from the Bike Trail!

Absolutely loved my stay at this charming bungalow! The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown and right by the bike trail, making it easy to explore. The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The hosts were thoughtful, and everything was spotless. I can’t wait to stay here again—highly recommend!

The Blue Bungalow was great! The neighborhood is a bit different, but all the neighbors seemed to be friendly. We liked the pull through driveway. The open concept is nice and comfortable. The beds are memory foam, which for me and my wife were not the most comfortable. Convenient location to all the Upcountry.

Very comfortable and VERY CLEAN - great decor - kitchen had everything we needed - enjoyed coming into town and staying near Unity Park - great spot - sat on the front porch a couple evenings - very quiet neighborhood - close to everything we needed. Everything renovated to be top notch! Bed was comfortable and beautiful shower - nice offstreet parking. *highly recommend* Will come again. Thank you.

The bungalow is the perfect place to Stay. It is centrally located to downtown Greenville near parks and the waterfall very clean and comfortable. we were able to visit many parks and attractions while new house shopping.

We came to Greenville for a concert and this home was perfect for us. It was very close to the venue, was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Richard was very good with communication and a great host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable House Close to Everything

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, the host was communicative and everything was as listed. It's a very close walk to Unity Park, which our daughter absolutely loved. Close to the park there are also restaurants, a brewery, the Swamp Rabbit Trail and some amenities like bicycle rentals. Very close drive to downtown and everything Greenville has to offer.
