Beautiful Getaway

The Boathouse at Moosehead offers stunning views of the lake and mountains. The property managers were extremely helpful, prompt, and kind, when we could not unlock the door the first night. The home is very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. There are many stairs, so guests should be able to walk up and down stairs.

Amazing 6 night stay

We stayed here a few weeks ago and it was everything we were hoping for—peaceful, cozy, and scenic. The private dock was perfect since we brought our boat. Docking was super easy and it made getting on the water so convenient. The whole space just had a great vibe—relaxing and tucked away. One thing to know: there are a lot of stairs from the driveway down to the cabin. It’s worth it, but definitely something to be aware of. Also, we arrived during a 95-100F heat wave and were worried about no AC—but the downstairs stayed surprisingly super cool. All in all, it was a beautiful spot and we’d absolutely stay again. Thank you!
