Ocean Club East, Grace Bay Beach

"We had a really good stay at Ocean Club East. It is a little more outdated than other hotels on the island but that is also reflected in the price. The staff do a great job to make it a great stay and were very friendly. The facilities were good: pool, sunlounger availability, free paddle boards / kayaks and we really enjoyed the beach bar. The restaurant was excellent and although not very busy (so not a buzzy atmosphere), the food and cocktails were really good. The shuttle between resorts was reliable and really helpful because the location is a little bit of a distance from the town centre - although not so far you don't walk as we did walk it often. Overall great value for money and a really pleasant stay."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"

"Ellipse exceeded our expectations in every way! Our room was perfect for our group, featuring a beautiful balcony and patio where we were able to relax and enjoy time together. The entire property was spotless, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. The Daily Market offered an impressive variety of breakfast and lunch options, and every meal I tried was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, including the beach, shopping, and nightlife in the Grace Bay area, making it incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to the amazing ladies at the front desk! They were not only professional and accommodating but genuinely warm and welcoming. They exceeded every expectation and honestly outperformed any concierge team I’ve experienced and that’s saying a lot because I travel frequently. To the entire Ellipse Resorts team: I can’t wait to see what the future holds as you continue to grow and expand. I genuinely cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my stay. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning!"

"Working with the host, Dave, was great. Very responsive and helpful. Regina, our concierge, was amazing! She helped us secure transportation, boat rides, jet skis, groceries, even beach umbrellas! Their assistance made traveling to such a remote location smooth and easy. The setting is ideal. Privacy - most days it felt like we had the entire ocean to ourselves! Plenty of room for our family of 13. The pool was perfect and kept crystal clean. The throw back Nintendo game was enjoyed by all! :)"
