Second stay, great experience

Property is just as described, very well stocked, great location. Only drawback is 10 am check out and beds need to be stripped so the final morning is a bit rushed.

Quiet Stay

Lovely Home for a nice visit to local area. Plenty of area to relax and feel comfortable. We had a busy schedule in brief period of time, but when at the home we felt at ease and secure. All bedrooms were comfortable for good night rest. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and very comfortable

This is a lovely home with the perfect amount of privacy and lake views. The hot tub was immaculate! Karen’s cafe is just down the street and the smoothies and breakfast wraps we got were delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

This Lake House property was a nice place for our family during our NY trip. Very comfortable. It is located on the lake but the house doesn't actually have lake access. That was a little disappointing. The owners were great and quick to respond to our questions and needs. Overall a great stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house on Greenwood Lake. Everything was as said in the description. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Property managers were helpful and available if needed.

Longtime college friends and spouses

Very comfortable house, clean and well appointed. The couple who got the master suite was VERY comfortable and impressed! It worked well for all of us, especially since it turned out we had 3 couples and one single instead of 3 couples and 2 single women. We would consider going back!

Exceeded our expectations!

The house is really beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfectly clean and we had no issues with anything in the house. The check out process is simple and standard for a VRBO rental. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful lake house

We had the best vaca in NY visiting Walkill and Tuxedo. The house was all that depicted and more! Clean spacious and accommodating. From the four bedrooms and three baths for our group to the private backyard with coveted seating and debit view of the lake. The hosts are five star and beyond and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Family Trip to Waterwick!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The quaint neighborhood, the mountains, the lake view. All made for a wonderful family trip. We were there, in part, to celebrate my parents 35th Wedding Anniversary. There were 7 total. 3 daughters and 2 son in laws. We were all comfortable and happy. We have already recommended this listing to a number of friends and hope to be back next year. What awesome hosts! Don't wait, book now!

House was spotless and beautiful

House was very clean and nice. No lake access and you cannot launch kayaks, paddle boards at the park around the corner, which we knew. Nice brewery and winery. Comfortable beds. Nothing bad to say about the house. Very nice.

Great space and beautiful house

My five friends and I had an excellent stay at this house. We have been friends since high school (over 25 years) and wanted a convenient place to get together and enjoy each other's company. We loved the hot tub, and had a fun time walking to the local farm market, going to the nearby orchard to pick apples, and relaxing to some live music at a local winery. We would definitely stay here again. The layout of the house was excellent, and we enjoyed the back deck and the multiple places to sit down and catch up.

Relaxing retreat

The house was neat, clean and cozy with its lovely decor, and beautifully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There is ample space for a family with a large family room/dining room, along with a comfortable room with a fireplace. The kitchen has a table with additional seating at the counter. There are wonderful amenities: Large deck with seating, hot tub, and pool. There are large windows and sliders which overlook the lake which makes for a beautiful setting. The location is great, on a nice block and close to family attractions. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

Family time

Was a beautiful home and very well kept. Comfortable beds and pillows. Close to many things. The lake was so peaceful and the town beach being close was a plus. The listing wasnt real accurate as it made it look like there was a dock and there is a small park with a beach right next door that we assumed was for us to use but it was private. The brochures in the notebook that was left for guests should be updated. Overall we had a fantastic time.
