Room was clean but
1. bathroom fan and small light did not work
2. Ice Machine on my floor was not working
3. Had A/C on left for the day came back and it was off and room was very warm

"Great weekend with the grandbabies. Clean and comfortable room with attentive front desk support. Spacious rooms, welcoming pool, delicious waffles, welcoming staff and a great place for children who need to let loose and enjoy themselves without feeling restricted. The front desk staff was so awesome and exceeded my expectations when it came to the safety of my grandbabies when simply receiving food orders in the lobby. My only issue was that there was one (1) elevator in service and due to me using a walker, I had to wait longer times for an available elevator to go from floor to floor. Overall, it was a great place, great price, fun field weekend and would come back again. "
"Added amazing time. We had so much fun that we ended up. Extending outstage another week. John The manager and Stacy the overnight front counter person personal. Her was great Stacy. The overnight young lady was awesome. And then they saw a room which was clean at onen. It's housed that you're comfortable and secure awesome title. I'm tired recommend anyone."

"Just spent the week here on family vacation and loved it! Claudia at the front desk was so kind, and Doris made sure breakfast was fantastic and continuously well-stocked. Loved that housekeeping cleans your room daily rather than every other day as many hotels have changed to. Beds are comfortable, rooms are QUIET, great water pressure in the shower - felt like a massage, and full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day in the heat and was big. Our boys enjoyed the weight room, too. Nice variety for breakfast! There were the amazing cinnamon rolls, assortment of breads/bagels/muffins, pancake maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, scrambled eggs and a meat (bacon or sausage) every day. There was also a 3rd hot item like biscuits and sausage gravy or potato cubes. Great variety! Chick-fil-A and 7-11 less than 5 min away. Only con was the ice machine on our floor (4th) didn't work, but we just ran down to 3rd. Overall great experience! "
